Stopped into this unassuming sushi restaurant last night. Don’t let the modest exterior appearance keep you away….Enjoyed good service and delicious food. We had a variety of rolls, expertly prepared and presented. Prices are reasonable and atmosphere is intimate. Adult beverages are available…beer and wine. Lots of parking out front.

Unagi bowl had a big portion of the tender fish with egg and avocado slices. The only change I would make is ask for a lighter less heavy teriyaki sauce on the eel fish.

Great sushi. Very small establishment. Good prices. Would eat again.

I’ve lived in Park City for 20+ years, only about 5 min from Shoyu and finally stopped in for the first time today. I was so pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere, dishes/rolls, and most of all the pricing. Absolutely loved this place and can’t believe I’ve never been in until today. Will definitely be back to try out the lunch (: thanks for an amazing meal!

Great little Sushi spot. I had a Red Dragon roll that was very tasty. The staff is attentive and too great care oh myself and a client. Go in and give it a try. Sorry no food pics this time.

Small, casual spot in a shopping center. The menu is predominantly made up of tempura rolls, teriyaki bowls and the like. Not a ton of classic sushi. All of the fried items were pretty tasty, and nigiri wasn’t bad either. Pricing is pretty fair and the service was friendly and attentive.

Small, quaint place. About a dozen tables. Easy parking. To go is popular here too.

Of all the restaurants ive been too, Shoyu is definitely one of them. Its average in every front except for the price of their food. I get its park city but this food has no business being this expensive with their quality.

Hands down, my favorite Sushi in Park City! The Friday roll and the crunchy tuna roll are some of my many favorites.

The best sushi in Utah☝️, this really comfort food. I love the ambience, the food, and all the employee in there. You guys must try the pasadena sushi. .
