I had a wonderful experience. Food quality is absolutely amazing, especially the chutoro caviar truffle oil piece blows my mind, even the dish you think you had before Shoyo brought it to another level. The customer service is wonderful as well, michelin star level for sure. I highly recommend this place to celebrate your special occasions!

Best restaurant I’ve been in my life. Best Omakase course so far and I’ve been to at least 5 by now. It’s been a year and a half maybe 2?…since I’ve been. I think at the time it had only just recently been open. But I never experienced such great sushi. Definitely worth every dollar.

Sushi was EXCEPTIONAL. The vibes of the restaurant are unbeatable, as was the service. My boyfriend and I got there a little early and asked the host if we could have a drink with mezcal since we didn’t see one on the menu. He tells us “absolutely,” then goes and makes the most delicious drink we’ve both ever had from his own recipe. Kenny, our chef, was so talented and funny, it was fun getting to talk with him and the other guests seated next to us. We really loved our experience at Shoyo. Be sure to come hungry!

Scored reservations here for husband’s birthday dinner, and this is definitely the best omakase experience in Dallas. Obviously, reservations are prepaid, but the courses are so well thought out and balanced. My palate isn’t as refined as my husband’s, but he absolutely enjoyed every dish that came out during our wonderful two hour experience here. Lady killer was our sake pick for the night; it was a clean and crisp finish between bites. We will definitely be back again.

Absolute amazing experience at Shoyo! Every course was served with such quality and preciseness. The chefs really take pride in how they create their dishes for the guests.
