Excellent food for “fast food”! Burger was more like a 5 Guys burger and for the same price we had fries and a shake. The milkshake selection is amazing!!! The staff were young, inattentive, and lacked the customer service you’d expect BUT, for a to-go order for 6 people, every single thing was 100% correct!

I loved my burger the very first time I tried it. So much so that I have brought at least 6 other people there to try it as well. I’ve never been disappointed until today (6/22/23). Normally the sandwiches make you feel you’re getting your money’s worth but today…..not so much. There was very little lettuce (had to look for it) and the tomato was so thin I had to add more of both when I got home. Knowing this is not the norm, I will be back. Always hot, always friendly, always delicious. Retrain the cook on duty 6/22/23 around 3:15. Cashier on drive through window was awesome. I love this place.

In a world of fastly decreasing quality of food and service in fast food, Shortstops is rising to the top. Not only are the burgers in a league of their own but, you get to choose from different sides instead of just stale fries. Do yourself a favor and drive by the big chain fast food joints and go to Shortstops. You will not regret it.

First time eating here. Kinda bummed. We saw the great reviews so we thought we’d give it a try. Hubby ordered the #8 All Star Combo burger and a side hot dog.After two bites, he gave the burger a “9”, then after two more, he kept crunching on the chargrill pieces on the burger and couldn’t eat anymore of it. He thought the hot dog was ok, but nothing like the Igloo hot dogs!

The Ball Park Burger, BBQ Plate and fries are all very, very delicious. Chocolate shake is great too. They have a Carolina born soft drink, Cheerwine. The store manager took time out to walk around the dining room to ask customers how their experience is, showed he cared. The prices are average. You really need to try this place. Outside dining available too. The inside dining area is MUCH LARGER than it appears from the outside. Plenty of room, come on in.

Burger and onion rings were generic, unfortunately. Could get better at most other fast food chains in town, for a lower price. Service was top NOTCH though. Couldn’t ask for better employees. Willing to bet they don’t get paid as much as they deserve, but COULD, based on how steep the prices are.
