Was referred here by a local. Food was fantastic! The first place I’ve ever been that I couldn’t finish the potato in one sitting! It has a very small-town atmosphere with extremely friendly staff and a clean establishment!

They have great lunch specials here! Three choices of meat and about 6-7 choices of vegetables that change daily. Their BBQ Stew is fantastic as is their cornbread! Great deserts, too!

Terrific barbecue joint! The pork is tender and juicy and with the mixed sauce adds a little kick. My onion rings were amazingly light for being fried; crispy on the outside and tender inside. The baked beans were sweet and accented with onions. A pickle on the side added some acidity to cut the sweetness. Add white bread and a Coke for a fantastic meal.

I ordered the BBQ plate with 2 sides. It was about $11. My fries were super cold-unedible cold. The meat was good and so was the cole slaw. A piece of toasted, BBQ bread would have been nice instead of the 2 slices of plain, white bread that came with it. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it was definitely over priced, especially since I couldn’t eat one of the sides. It will be a long time before I return here.

No real choices on BBQ, basically it was BBQ meat shredded sandwiches or meat piled up. We walked up and the waitstaff were outside taking a break? In they came to take our order, when we got it with fries it was horrible. The fries tasted like they had been reheated after they had been cooked. The sandwich wasn’t really good and they charged for each small container of BBQ Sauce.

I prefer the “mixed” sauce… Just enough heat without overpowering the taste. Regular size sandwich combo with fries.Plenty of food! AWESOME BBQ

I come here on my lunch break often. The food is always fresh and hot, friendly service, and very quick. Flavors are great, I would highly recommend if you want some good southern cooking without the wait, this is your place to go.
