Great servers and hostess/cashier. The fish was mostly inedible, over cooked and staled as if it had been cooked days ago. Even though, the batter wasn’t sticking to the onion rings, they were okay. The macaroni and cheese, Cole slaw and hot fudge cake save the day they were delicious. We also had the white chocolate and macadamia nut cookies, definitely add them to fan favorites.

I could’ve been more happily surprised at the quality of the food on a buffet. Everything I had was great. Staff was nice, bathroom was clean. Wife had multiple veggie options. Definitely worth stopping and grabbing a good deal.

Is this the last major breakfast buffet in the USA? I always make it a point to stop here for breakfast or lunch when I’m in the area. The food is kept fresh, the buffet is cleaned at all times and the staff is great. A nice family stop between Macon and Atlanta

We walked in with our party of 6. When my daughter told her we had six people, the manager (Kim) made the comment that “You should have called ahead”. Which was a bit confusing seeing as though there was maybe 5 tables being occupied in the whole restaurant. Our waitress, Anna was amazing. Very attentive and sweet! There was an older black man working the Buffett who was very nice too.

I have to hand it to shoney’s after closing numerous location across the country. They still maintained the level of quality that they’re known for. This buffet is monitored by employees to make sure children don’t come over and finger mess it up by touching things and putting things back. Which is one of the downfalls of a buffet because there’s many parents that allow their kids to do this period food quality was outstanding I enjoyed everything that I put on my plate.. Coffee was definitely Lee wonderful I have to say for a buffet restaurant to have good quality coffee there’s no the quality coffee is normally unknown to happen.

My son and I ate from the food bar at Shoney’s. It was delicious. All the food both breakfast and dinner was constantly replenished.

We have always loved shonneys and tend to stop at one whenever we are traveling in GA, we’re from Florida. As usual, the food was good. The service was kind of below par, but we got there right when it opened up, so they were probably just getting set up. The real reason I put two stars is the price. For three adults and one child, it was around $68. Two of the three adults got water, and we didn’t get any extras. That’s insane it used to be fairly reasonable, that’s why we would go here. I’m not stupid, and I realize inflation is forcing price up, but this was one of the most expensive food bills of our trip and seemed ridiculous.

The food was trash. Horrible. The fish tasted like it had been cooked a few days ago. The side options (macaroni, string beans, biscuit etc looked and tasted like slop. When we expressed our disappointment with the manager, she didn’t even speak one word to us, she simply scanned her employee badge and walked away. We were paying customers and the experience was absolutely horrible. Negative experience!!!!!

Great breakfast buffet ALWAYS! Great southern atmosphere. Feels like going to Grandma’s house to eat breakfast. Very nostalgic! My husband and I visit often!
