We wanted to try a new place and found Shokudo via a FB advertisement. Located off Route-17 in Paramus, the entrance door is hidden and located right next to the salon on its right.

I had an incredible dining experience at this ramen restaurant! The flavors were authentically delicious, the noodles perfectly cooked, and the ambiance added to the overall enjoyment. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the visit even more memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking an outstanding ramen feast. Five stars!

Definitely the best ramen that I have had in New Jersey! The Tonkotsu broth was light, creamy, and delightful. The ramen felt fresh, with a well done texture and stringiness. The service was also very cordial. They even gave us complimentary lemon ice cream (which was also impressively well balanced in flavor and decoration). I am impressed with this place.
