WOW! What a disappointment! Fortune cookies stale as well as taste of overcooked carrots ( May gave been canned.) Chicken and steak dish bland and although stated “filet mignon”, did not taste like it. Little meat for the price.

Was passing thru Mountain City and had my dinner delivered to the Americourt hotel. I had a scallop dinner. It was very good and wasn’t fishy at all which can happen since we’re a distance from the ocean. They were cooked perfect as well as the rest of the meal.

For 18$ normally I dont expect canned vegetables and dried stall rice noting special Definitely not worth what they charge. AND YES THESE ARE CANNED CARROTS.

Went there today after church. 20 minute wait for the cook to come back from running errands, water is the only drink available, Dinning room was filthy, hair, lint and grease on the walls, tables were sticky from not being cleaned in a long time, food was barely eat able. No health ratings posted.

The chicken was so hard and chewy my dog had a hard time chewing it, the zucchini was undercooked and the sauce was thin as water. I called and asked about a refund or if there was any solution and the young man on phone was extremely rude and blamed it on us living 30 min away. The chicken was old and stale and overcooked, driving home was not the cause of the horrible meal. His rude attitude put in stone I will never spend my money again at this “family owned establishment “ where there is no professional manager to deal. The food sucks.

This place makes no sense! First, the vegetables (carrots/mushrooms)are clearly canned. Where are all the other vegetables that typically come in hibachi? Secondly, the meat was way overly cooked and probably cooked multiple times throughout the day before it got to our stale styrofoam to go boxes. Thirdly, they served fortune cookies that were stale. Aren’t fortune cookies Chinese anyhow? Forth, $25 dollars is not worth the little we had received.

I love Asian food, but this was a complete waste of money. I was so spoiled by Misos in Elizabethton but was coming home from working in Boone and starving. Rice was dry, hard and barely seasoned. Chicken and broccoli hard, dry and was not worth near the 13.00 I paid. No customer service. I felt very unwelcome like my order had been a bother. I will never go back. No soup nor egg roll to complete a meal. I had to stop at subway to get dinner.
