First time here, we did a sit down and the robot served us our meal. Food was decent. Soup was not as thick as I prefer, the salad was good, the main course was chicken on my plate which again was average, rice was average and the veggies were very good. I would say I may stop back in as the robot was pretty neat. Jan 21st 2023, returning for a second try, again top notch service and the food again was top notch. Jan 28th decided to bring the Family here for dinner tonight. First Waiter was very nice. We sat down and got our beverages Sodas and me a Water. Ordered two Hibachi meals and two Sushi Rolls, long story short Hibachi meals were in the take home and the Rolls never came, we were pretty frustrated as we came as a Family to eat together and that never happened. I would say the Lunch experience is way better and not a crowded. We waited a while to be seated to never really eat together. The Hostess came over and gave us 20% off the meal, but taking home the late to the table sushi is like paying big money for Gas Station Sushi, it’s only good fresh. Not really happy with this visit at all. 2 stars now and not sure if I would recommend it for dinner. 3/12/23 So Son wanted to try one more time, got seated quickly, then waited, waited, waited, waited and waited, to the point of getting my car keys out and leaving. Food came out, not hot, chicken was dried out, fried rice was way off, the soup was not hot, Salad was only thing that look right. We both agreed we will not return again after today to dine in.

Food was phenomenal, I can’t complain one bit. If you want a seat tho, you’ll have to call in advanced and get a reservation so as soon as you walk in you can be seated quickly.

I was very pleased by Shogun. The staff was polite and helpful. The service was fine. The robot delivering you food is really cool. The food was very good. The hot n sour soup was one of the best I have ever had. I recommend this place to anyone who loves Asian food.

Parking is plentiful and close. Handicapped accessable entrance. We were greeted and seated quickly, handed clear and easily understood menus. I loved my rainbow sushi, coconut shrimp and pot stickers, all very, very good. The robot server seems a little gimmicky and tries much to hard to be “cute” but gets the job done. Server (human) was knowledgeable and attentive. Atmosphere a little dated but completely adequate. My next visit will be for the hibachi grill, looked like a lot.of fun. The only recommendation that I can make is a good deep cleaning of the entire store. Our booth was clean but some glass and the floors not so much. I would return here however without reservation.

It offers Hibachi and regular restaurant service. The wait time (20-50 minutes) for Hibachi could be long during popular dinner time, so get there before 4:30 pm can be a good idea. We just went for regular Sushi and Bento box experience. They were delicious and cooked to perfection. You might need to wait a bit to be served when it gets busy. Overall, they offer a good service. BTW, my kids really enjoyed the food delivery experience by the robot cat.

I ordered 2 rolls, egg rolls, and crab Rangoon. A decent $55 meal. The best thing I ate was the crab Rangoon which was probably frozen. The rolls were not rolled at all and fell apart. Made with brown avocado and welted seaweed very appetizing. Next up we got the egg rolls good thing we split them in half first. We were greeted by a long stretchy raw dough center. If I could imagine what feet tasted like I’d imagine it was nailed fantastically with the meat (whatever the meat was). I will only give you a 1 because the FROZEN Rangoon was the all star of this course. Thank you for the wasted money… have a day
