I have eaten here many times , overall great food but sadly I always get put on the side or end of table , id like to sit in front one time and asked as such 8 pm reservation clearly open on the list I asked and got told no that there was a red for 6 joining us i then said I’d wait he said no this is rules mumbo jumbo I pointed out his book had no other names in it and if he wont accommodate I would leave he said ok . Well another hibachi now gets my business !!!! They accommodated my one time request

Went with my aunt between the lunch/dinner moments….food was perfect!! Eating there made me feel like I had chosen positive healthy items, not fried, weighted down or too full after 5 bites…I would eat here so much and feel good about it….loved the fresh veggies and light flavouring of sause options….I would so easily go here for a meal everyday its not even funny….

Dined on 5/16. Food, service and speed were great. This place was recently revamped and what a difference that has made. Most everything was delicious and tasty. Our chef was very friendly and knew how to cook an season everything perfectly. We had the Tempura appetizer, that was the only low point, not a lot of flavor and sauce not much flavor. We also had the Beef Kushi Yaki app and it was much better with lots of flavor. Soup was real good. Salad ok. Main courses were a mix of chicken, beef, and seafood and were all great. Cheese cake and fried ice cream topped it off. We went when it first opened over 20 years ago but quality went downhill. Did not go back for until yesterday after it was revamped…what a difference.

Ryan lied and tried to steal on my account. Ryan told me he commits fraud against his customers because other people do it and is okay with offering horrible customer service. Took no accountability. When I ask for the owner he told me he would refuse to give me Alex’s contact information. Horrible place. Thiefs and liars. This review could have been avoided if the owner took accountability for their employees immoral choices.

Sat at table for 1/2 hr and was ignored by 2 waitresses pasted by multiple times and wouldn’t even acknowledge us. Walked out and girl at counter didn’t even say anything when we told her why were leaving. Such a shame since we are frequent flyers for takeout.
