As seen on news 12 long island.

I tried the Hamptons lobster roll and it was delicious. Very large and warm I got the shark size. I recommend getting the food to go and eating it in your car or pulling up by a nearby beach. Seating here is outdoor and limited. You can’t miss this place with the giant lobster outside. Also the staff was very friendly.

When you come this far out east you expect something really nice, a hidden gem almost. This is far from that. It’s super expensive which is to be expected for lobster, but 23 dollars for mac n cheese with literally 2 pieces of lobster in it is far from worth it. The only thing I really could recommend on this menu would be the fries, $5 and were actually somewhat fresh. The seating situation is pretty miserable with disgusting tables and chairs along with the infestation of wasps on the front deck. Your atmosphere is a fire department and a busy road. Your money is better off being spent somewhere else.

I bought a ” shark” lobster roll for 35 bucks, plus tax , there was no lobster. News 12 advertise as best place in the east end for lobster rolls. No shame .

Very good lobster roll, had the Hampton style. Partner had the lobster melt it was good as well. Lobster bisque is different, I would describe it as like a tomato soup with lobster in it. And alittle pricey for what it is but still good.

Went here with my fiancé to see what the rave about the lobster rolls, the rolls themselves were good, nothing special compared to other options in the area. Both rolls were supposed to come with chips, no chips were given, when we asked about them, the nasty women at the checkout window demanded we go to the cashier window. We then were given two dipping cups of coleslaw. For the price of a lobster roll, they really should notify you at the time of your order that they are out of the side. Cashier also informed us that they were only serving lobster rolls, meanwhile the people behind us ordered different stuff that we were told was not available! All in all- the staff needs some serious training on customer service. And you can absolutely find better lobster rolls at several other Long Island

Seeking the perfect lobster roll (hot with drawn butter) is a challenge outside of the Cape. This place, although pricey, is pretty good. Lots of fresh lobster meat on a hot bun. Take to go and find a spot on the water to eat. Not much going on at the picnic tables in the back next to the parking lot.

Not a lobster fan, but wife and cousin said it was excellent. Be prepared to wait, which is a good thing, they are preparing everything fresh. Roadside, picnic tables. If your a lobster fan, this is for you. Had the crab cake. Nice. Chips a little greasy but good.

Enjoyed the lobster factory. Had the lobster bisque lobster roll and the lobster fritters. I have to say the lobster fritters were amazing. Enjoyed theblobster roll with warm butter. The bisque had a ton of lobster in it.

We love lobster rolls so stopped by here and picked up the Hamptons (warm butter and chives) and Diavolo (spicy pomodoro sauce). The rolls were delicious and the chips (they tasted homemade) were amazing. The portions were big (we got the Whale; 8oz of lobster) and they def didn’t skimp. The lobster was fresh, but unfortunately every other bite was overcooked and a bit rubbery. We thought the pomodoro sauce was great and the chives were fresh. We may have to come back and give this place another try when we are back in town.
