The food was awful. My burger was still alarmingly pink in the middle, my soup was very spicy for me, their were windows that didn’t have blinds to block the sun, and one waitress for nine tables. The only positive was our amazing waitress. She handled all of it well. She kept apologizing, but none of it was her fault. I ended up with food poisoning the next day.

We had a great experience dining here. Our server Stephanie K, was so welcoming. This young lady was so friendly, happy, demonstrated excellent customer service. She was attentive, talkative and made us have a better experience … just by being our server. Our time dining was enjoyable thanks to her. We will ask to sit in her section on future visits! The bartender Chris makes great drinks! Believe it or not not many Bartenders can make a lemon drop correctly, but he did! See you next visit!

Service was mediocre. We had to ask for every refill we got. Food is overpriced for the quality. The chowder I received was cold, like it was poured in the cup and then left under a heat lamp.

We were there for new years eve with reservations for 630pm, took half an hour to get our drinks, 45 minutes to get our starters and 2.5 hours to get our meals, they were cold and the steaks were raw. I have to say, we only had to pay for drinks and starters but that’s not the point. Our server was awesome, felt sorry for her, her name is Silver. We will never go back to eat there again. That is the second time that has happened to us. Kind of ruined the beginning and middle of our evening since we did not get out of there until 9pm.

This resteraunt was a mediocre sea food based food service for Shiloh Inn. The service was good, and decor & lighting, including windows and outdoor scenery was laid out well. However, there were some aspects I did not enjoy. The wait time for receiving the food was okay, but during our time, as the only ( approximately ) table in the compound, our waitress ( who was very kind,) made an error, when the bar closed we were not asked if we wanted any drinks prior to it’s finale closing, remember, we’re about the only 3 people in. About 2 minutes after, the, waitress asked “Can I get you anything?” “I’ll have another drink” ” The bar just closed.” ,So maybe a bit more common sense. During our time there were 3 flashing lights! Not every light can be perfectly operating at the same time, but… really? The food itself was well made, but the menu was short, and nothing was substitute of seafood. ( Apart from a single fish burger, which came with a side of fries [which were actually very nice!]) . So, almost a 3 star, but a few small inconvenient errors lead me to the conclusion that this restaurant deserves a 2 star rating

My wife and I went to Ocean Shores for a nice Saturday away from the city and to enjoy the ocean. We chose Shiloh Inn Restaurant for dinner. We ordered Coconut Prawns for an app, my wife got the Alder Plant Salmon with a side salad. I also ordered the salmon and a cut of Clam Chowder. My wife made it clear that she has a dairy allergy and said “No cheese on the salad” to our waiter.

A very good restaurant at a nice hotel, plus a great view. The dinner that we had was very good, but what My Wife and I were most impressed with was our choice of Salad Dressing, We had a Champagne Vinaigrette exclusive to their chain.

We ate from the happy hour bar menu so can’t comment on the restaurant food—-though it appeared to be extensive and elegant. We certainly enjoyed the calamari with aioli—-one of the best I’ve had, and I have eaten a lot of calamari in different places. The bar/restaurant atmosphere is a blend of elegant and casual. We were there in December, so few people. A power outage, high winds and tides made it memorable. We’ll be back.

We showed up in a large group of 40 people to dine in during the busiest season. The crew of this restaurant was shocked to say the least, but darn it did they make it work. Beau, our server//facilitator/coordinator/bartender, he took charge and made everything work out smoothly. We had such a fabulous time and were very well taken care of. Hats off to the night crew!!!
