Happened upon this place without knowing anything about it. The drinks were fantastic, and the food was delicious. I wish I had room to finish my meal. If I lived in the area I would definitely go back.

Great Tap House with delicious food with a twist! Julia was our server and she was fabulous! The craft beers that we had Bent Hill Maple Red and Sip of Sunshine were awesome. The chicken wing special was great and both of our entrees Fish N Chips and the Salmon were absolutely delicious and tasty but not salty! Best of all, nearby Lake Champlain is breath taking and a marvel of beauty! The Shelburne Tap House is truly a place where friends and families gather for a good time!

Just had a wedding reception catered by the Shelburne Tap House. Roselle and Barb were outstanding! I had a lot of questions as the event got closer and never once made me feel like it was a burden that I asked so many! The food and timing were on point and all the guests (82) commented on how good it was. I would certainly recommend. Well done!!

Great spot for a casual drink or sit down meal. Went there on date night and had fantastic drinks and awesome food. Definitely try the corn and lobster fritters you will not be disappointed. Both sauces were delicious and potion size and execution of food was top notch. Fritters were very tasty and had generous lumps of lobster and the corn batter was on point. Tasted like a warm crunchy hush puppy with succulent lobster meat. Delicious. The Tuna Poké bowl was amazing. Fresh citrus taste, very nice seaweed salad with hot and spicy sambal. Everything was fresh and on point. You can tell they take their food seriously. Check this place out, you won’t be sorry.

At a very recent lunch our server, K, who was young, really did poorly. She began by apologizing for forgetting we were there. Then, after taking and delivering our drink order never returned with my glass I requested for my can of beer. When our appetizer came we never received plates to put them on and she never returned to see if perhaps we needed anything. Our meals were timely and good but additional drinks were not offered until we were nearly finished our meals. Hopefully this review will help her be aware and better

I have been going to the Shelburne Tap House since 2017 or so and have finally decided to write a review. I’m definitely a local and know some of the people who work here so take this with that in mind. The folks that own the restaurant take pride in what they do. The people who work here are very nice and seem to enjoy working with each other. The food has always been great and if it wasn’t, for any reason they are open to feedback. The burgers – meat and veggie – are spectacular! Fish & chips are delish! The salads and bowls? (Chef kiss) The wings are on point. I lived in Buffalo for a bit so I know a good chicken wang! I love going here instead of downtown Burlington for so many reasons!

Never know what to expect at a tap house/bar/pub. Greasy bar food? Okay food for a pub? Delicious gourmet meals? Shelburne Tap House is somewhere between two and three. There’s outside seating (even though it’s in the parking lot). Inside is typical comfortable bar vibes. They’ve beers and cocktails, obviously, daily specials and deals, and good food. Got a lobster roll (pretty pricey like it seems to be everywhere) and it was loaded with lobster and tasty. Fries I didn’t like; too much truffle oil. The biggest surprise was dessert. I usually don’t order dessert from a pub but the menu was big with interesting choices. The red velvet cake was delicious and classily presented. Service was attentive and friendly. Not in the area a lot but if I was I’d happily pop back in for drinks, food and to try another dessert for sure.

Dined on a busy Friday evening. There was no wait for our family of five. The beer menu was more limited than I expected for a tap house – the two beers I tried were actually quite disappointing. The burger was good, but the wait was excessive. The kids menu was limited with only three items.

Great food, staff was very accommodating to our picky eater and didn’t even blink when she ordered soft pretzels for an entree. Nice beer list and specials.
