I ordered chicken from Sharx this morning, for my office. Super excited because the chicken is always great from here, I even spend extra to have their chicken delivered. Today, was the complete opposite. I got chicken from Sharx and it was burnt, you could barely taste the lemon pepper, and had a lack of flavor because of the burnt grease. Reached out to the manager and he was un-personable, and stand-offish. Not professional at all. To make it even worse, he was the one who cooked it so he didn’t even want to admit that he burnt it or made a mistake. Was not looking for a refund, just an apology saying “hey my bad I’ll make it right and won’t let it happen again.” Definitely not a good experience this time around.

Best chicken around KCMO !!!!! Friendly service from Moe &other employees,clean establishment,food is very good not over cooked not under cooked, just tasty good food…I will miss once I move out of state but I may have to have sent to me by family but definitely the best chicken/food around

The men working were very nice and informative! We got our food in about 10 minutes. IT WAS THE BOMB!!!!!!!!!!! The cat fish was seasoned to Perfection, ocra is not easy to master,, but OMG they slayed it……..everything was so so so good. I wish we had one in Wichita KS I will definitely eat there again when I’m in the Kansas City Area! The only thing I will say I didn’t like was the price lol because I’m cheap not because it wasn’t worth it. It was very much worth the price!!!!

I ordered a pizza puff with fries, always been my favorite. I woke up at 5 am with straight food poisoning. Throwing up and everything for hours. My stomach is on 12,000 right now. Sad to say, but I’m not going there any more & I loved that place.
