Cool little diner I found within walking distance of my hotel. Staff was super friendly and very quick service. Food was good, standard diner food. Had a special order which they accommodated. Ordered the veggie omelet and home fries. Fries were dry but the omelet was good.

The food wasn’t bad, but on a Sunday Morning, when the place wasn’t packed, it took us over an hour to get three pancakes and two eggs. They only had one person on the grill and they kept prioritizing call in orders over the orders for people in the dining area. When we did get our order, there were two items missing.

Great food. They were running pretty much at full capacity while we were there. We had seats at the counter where we could watch the cook work. He was amazingly efficient at timing out some complex orders so everything was ready at the same time. I imagine we’ll stop there again.

Waited 50 mins and couldn’t wait any longer so cancelled order and left. Noticed they cook the call in orders to go first and left us waiting sitting at the counter seats. Saw multiple breakfast sandwiches go on the griddle that were called in 20 mins after I ordered breakfast. Poor old lady next to me was waiting over an hour for one pancake and a small OJ. pre covid this was my go to great spot. Being a local doubtful to return.

This place is absolutely amazing! Moved to NEPA 9 months ago and have been on the search for a “good” breakfast spot that somewhat resembles a good NY BECSPK ever since. The search has finally stopped and this is definitely THE place! They use REAL eggs, not that fake microwaveable inedible stuff like most places around here! The bacon is cooked to perfection…not undercooked and not completely burned, crispy and just right! They also offer fancy dancy breakfast items like stuffed french toast which was also a little slice of heaven! Do yourself a favor and stop in here if you want an AMAZING breakfast!

The chef cooks in plain sight. I watched him using his fingers to push the cinnabon glazing onto the stuffed blueberry French toast. He was using his fingers with no gloves, touching all the food. It grossed me out and kind of spoiled my appetite. The waitress was friendly and quick with service. That was great.
