I love this Sharks, I have not been disappointed!! The fish, chicken, and Shrimp never disappoints!! The customer service is on point as well!! The gentlemen answering the phone and greeting customers is always very pleasant! The cooks are hands down the best also. I can appreciate spending my money with this location due to knowing my food is going to taste right. Thank to the Chicago Heights team on Western!

Moe and Osama had the best customer service!!! I ordered 100 wings they quoted me 15 minutes and they had it ready in literally 15 minutes!! The food was cooked exactly how I requested and tasted really good!! Best in the south suburbs!!!

Clean and spacious inside, my food was cooked fresh! Steaming hot, and the chicken was soo juicy. Even the fries were good, I don’t usually eat the fries from places like this. I was impressed, and I will be returning.

Not even gonna lie as much as I enjoy sharks this is one location I will never return to the place was dirty and smelled like old seafood, the cashier wasn’t very clean in handling and adding seasoning to the food which was soggy, they put the fries under the chicken making them soggy and it wasn’t even good. I’m not from IL but I come here often I’ve never been so disappointed. Also the prices at this location are higher than any other location. They also don’t have a menu like the other locations.

Finally got some Shark’s after hearing it about it in a place where there is very little water and the food is bland to be able to cater to the masses. After my dramatically hilarious first order, I’m happy to say I can now try more of what they offer here. Not too expensive and great for a quick bite. My monster enjoyed the food, and he’s reluctant to try new things.

They aren’t consistent. We ordered a 50 piece one time and it was SUPER FRESH & DELICIOUS. Then the other day I ordered a 10 piece mixed and it was SUPER NASTY!! The fries were extremely soggy & dripping with grease. The chicken was disgusting and undercooked. A couple pieces had soggy flour inside. So disgusting that we ate 4 pieces and threw the other 6 in the garbage. I never thought I would ever throw chicken in the garbage but I did.
