This dude have the most nastiness attitude ever seen. I’ve been coming for quite some time now and EVERY TIME I come he’s rude and hates the world. Never seen him crack a smile not even with the elder. He doesn’t greet customers as they come in. He’s a cashier and take people orders when he feel like it. I come in to place an order he literally walk past while talking on FaceTime with someone, looks directly at me and finish talking. I then asked were there anyone for the register he stated “yeah me” then proceeded to talk on the phone, also threw the receipt at me after ordering. If you hate your job so much find another one, he’s act as if he’s doing the customers a favor. No one is forcing you to work here. Bad customer service! I wouldn’t recommend a dog to come here.

The WORST customer service ever! Rude foreign guy. Speaks very disrespectfully to women. Last week I ordered fish and 3 pieces were rancid. Gave them another try and they messed up my order and refused to correct it. I’ve deleted their number from my phone and will be going to Docks on 35th & King Drive.

Twice now they’ve messed up our orders. First time ordered the 10piece mix and they gave us wings. Second time they put lemon pepper on after asking and confirming no lemon pepper. They offer no type of compensation or even a sincere apology. Check your order before you leave to avoid having to waste time and gas going back.

I went in to purchase two chicken strip dinners and was asked to try a new “seasoned” chicken strip. It was delicious!! It was juicy, fresh, and really seasoned well. I took the rest home for my husband and son to try. My son initially liked it, but my husband loved it. Then my son took a bite of the original strip to compare and went to grab the last piece of seasoned. He decided the seasoned was the winner!! I hope they add the new seasoned strip to the menu, it was really really good!!
