Went in at 9:30pm on 9/3/2023 with my husband and 9 year old daughter. There were 2 employees smoking right out the front door and the lady waitress was drunker than a skunk. She brought us to our table and she couldn’t even talk to take our drink order. My husband and I looked at each other and grabbed our daughter and left. This is supposed to be a family restaurant . We probably will not be back.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Shari’s. Food and service was horrible. Was not busy. Waited to be seated, and that’s fine. Took 30 minutes to take our order and and over an hr to get our food. I had I send mine back. Greatly disappointed. Will never come back or recommend this place ever

The service was a bit slow, but friendly. Two people were seated after us and then left 10 minutes later for not getting any services at all at their tables. The food however was sub-par. The biscuit was soggy, clearly heated in the microwave. The nachos were stale and the pork on it looked green. The baked potato was half cooked, and the steak we ordered medium was almost burnt and way over cooked. I would never eat here again.

Waited 30 mins to be sat and nobody said a word to us until seating. There was one group of 3 in front of us but otherwise the restaurant was pretty empty as we got there around 10:55pm. As we were walking to sit down the manager (or another grumpy male employee) was muttering about how after we were seated nobody can eat after us, “they can go eat at McDonald’s.” We came in at 11pm and they don’t close until 2am, so I’m not sure why he felt the need to say this. The female server was nice but insanely slow and it took 20 mins once seated to get our single piece of pie (already made.) the pie slice was tiny. Seats were ripped and duck taped together. Unwelcome, grimy, nasty atmosphere. Will not be returning.

Went to it later and there was an issue of experience in the back, and were told no breakfast foods. All we went there for was breakfast foods. After some talking, out server Robert offered to make the breakfast foods for us, and when it came it was absolutely stellar. This service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced, and I am very glad we came here tonight

I go in to pick up for DoorDash sometimes and the atmosphere always feels dead, no one greets you with a smile. You usually get passed by a waitress a few times before being greeted, and they never seem happy to see someone come through the doors. Today I saw two female cooks wearing tank tops with their arms and armpits fully exposed dropping who knows how much sweat into customers food.

We are again disappointed in the quality of food coming from the Wilsonville Shari’s. We just got our food delivery and not only are we missing small items, like caramel and syrup for French toast, but the food is of very poor quality. My Tillamook burger, minus the sauce and added bacon. Look at the picture, the lettuce is slimy and hardly anything. The bun is completely burnt, the frys are soggy as well as the bun. What a waste of money.
