Shari’s is good food for a decent price in a clean restaurant. They have breakfast which is a plus. This time around I had the grilled ham and cheese sandwich and it was tasty. The Kids menu is great, I want to say it’s like 5 or 6 bucks and they get a lot of food for the price. I will come again. Do you like American food for a reasonable price? Go there check it out.

It was not a good day. Our waitress Christine makes our day as we typically go every Sunday. We waited to be seated and it was almost an hour to get our food. Then the bacon was burnt and pancakes were cold. Even if service is slow, our food is in much better condition. The manager cooks (not so great) and they appear under staffed. They ran out of dishes. But the wait staff is fabulous and they are the main reason I enjoy my visits. They do whatever they can to make a nice experience. Also the restrooms need work.

Well our waitress was the best. But after her it was all kind of sliding downhill. The portions were small and overpriced for an average flavored meal which is kind of disappointing because I’m always enjoyed going to Shari’s in the past, especially for they’re early morning breakfast.

Decided to order Shari’s since it is Pi Day. Haven’t been here in awhile. The food entrees ranged from very good to less than ok: Northwest Salad with steak is very good, but Prime Rib Dip sandwich pretty awful – dry and no Au jus served to dip it in. The pie tastes ok, but the slices are so much smaller than they used to be! Barely 1/2 the size of the to go box they put it in. For over 5 bucks a slice should be a generous slice of pie. Disappointing.

Service was lacking a bit. Hardly any customers, but I had to wait for them to clear a table. I ordered coffee… BIG NO NO!!! It was like mud. The audacity of the server, who replied, “Would you like me to put half water? ” Uh, NO! MAKE GOOD COFFEE!!!

There was one lone waitress at 10pm she was already running herself to death before my husband and I walked in. Then right behind us came a group of 6 she looked up at them and you could feel the worry in the air. She ran around the place and never skipped a beat. I’ve been in empty diners with several servers and couldn’t get half the effort. Coffee was never neglected and every part of the meal and service was excellent.

The menu has decreased dramatically since pre-covid years. There are fewer wait staff working, and it’s no longer open 24 hours a day. Hours have been extended, though, from recent times, allowing the establishment to close at 2 AM.

Thursday evening around 7:30. 5 of us a few other tables and one waitress. Poor thing by the time she caught up we were ready to leave. That’s not even mentioning the bug crawling around the ice cream in the pie alamode, a medium rare burger was burnt as was the bun,(she wouldn’t eat it so it went to my dogs), and my salmon didn’t arrive with the rest of my meal because when I said no pepper the cook did it anyways. Waitress had to reorder it. The only thing that was her bad, was our drinks had to be ordered more than once for her to remember them and came at different times. 2 when the meal was over. It was a long wait to get orders and awhile to get our food. Not blaming the waitress but overall it wasn’t the best experience.
