We’ve been wanting to try this place for a year, due to our schedule and when we come by, they are always closed. We were glad to be able to stop today! I had a fried bologna sandwich, my son had a cheeseburger. Lots of items to pick from on the menu, I would love to try breakfast sometime! The staff were super-friendly and we both enjoyed our sandwiches. We didn’t eat in, we got it to go as we were traveling with our dog. There was a nice dining area and convenience store with regular type items. We’ll definitely try to get by for breakfast!

Stopped in to grab a grilled cheese with bacon. Was the best grilled cheese n bacon I’ve had on a very long time. Bacon was crispy, just how I like it. The cheese was melted…. yum yum.

Shan’s Place is like an old country grill. Great burgers, Hot Dogs fries onion rings but they also serve a fried bologna sandwich that has a quarter inch or so slab of meat. Everything is fresh and good. The service and prices are great. Not many of these kind of places left. Enjoy.

I drove 40 minutes away because of the high positive reviews. Oh boy Shan’s did not disappoint. The dough burger was out of this world. Fried pickles “OMG with arms raised” good. Fries so yummy and delicious Barq’s Root Beer to wash it down. Will head that way over and over again for this amazing meal.

This is the cornerstone establishment of the community… The food is very good. The staff are all a pleasure to be around and really do know how to keep that sweet tea coming.. The owner of the establishment should be very proud of her employees … A1 service all around.

I had a flat tire today, on a Sunday. The nice lady there helped me out by calling her boss to give us a hand. Thank you so much…..what I won’t go into too many details on is the fact that the people in the area that saw us or the people we asked for help pretty much ignored us and the others treated us like we were aliens, the outer space kind…..lol. Not funny at the time but I can laugh now. Thanks again to the nice lady that called her boss to help us out
