This was our first visit and we will definitely be going back! We were seated right away, and our soup and appetizers came out quickly. The food was SO good! I think they have the best egg drop soup I’ve ever had. But even more importantly than the incredible food was the service! All the waitresses engaged with us, and they were all so lovely. Our baby was having so much fun playing with them as they’d walk by, and they went out of their way to make our baby smile. It was really an amazing feeling, and I can’t wait to go back!

This is a little gem. It looks like a fast food place from the outside but do not be fooled. This is now my favorite Asian food anywhere! Wonderful service above and beyond. The food is fresh and just the best u could ask for. Just doing this review makes me want to go there. We drive 50 miles just to go here.

I went in for lunch and got sat immediately. It was sort of busy, but we were greeted immediately. Our server was very kind and she made suggestions and recommendations. The food was very fairly priced for lunch. We had egg drop soup and sweet and sour soup to start off. I had the Chicken Fried Rice and my friend had the General Tso’s Chicken. Everything was delicious and food came out quick! I’ll be back, would recommend!

Not only was the food amazing, it was also decorated and set very nicely with linens. The added details to their place settings and meal delivery adds to the ambiance of a great restaurant that you feel welcome at and not rushed. Very clean! We will definitely be back with family.

The Shangri-La on Union has the best Chinese food in Colorado springs. The hot and sour soup is always thick and delicious. The staff is amazing and they actually know your name if you’re frequent customer. And the food, oh my goodness so delicious so scrumptious I love it. We did delivery. Service was friendly, professional and timely. Food was fresh, but agree with others that it was a bit bland. The Kung Pao doesn’t have chili peppers which is what gives it the “pao”; my favorite dish, but don’t recommend it here. Orange chicken was pretty good. Also, pricey compared to other Chinese restaurants that I think have better tasting food. Moved from another state that has a lot of really good Chinese restaurants, so I know how great Chinese food should taste. This was just average.
