I’ve purchased multiple times and have always been very pleased so when I placed my order and found pork in it I assumed when I called that they would apologize. I called and was told to drive back and they would make me a new one when I explained I don’t eat meat and biting into a piece of pork made me sick so could they just credit my account so at least my kids could order because I didn’t want the same mistake happening again I was laughed at and when I said it wasn’t funny she hung up on me. I called back and she said she didn’t care if I wasn’t okay with it and hung up again. I doesn’t almost $100 on food for my family and only asked to be refunded or given credit for my meal.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience after 22 years of ordering from this establishment. I made a mistake while ordering online & tried to get them to fix my order. No big deal but apparently their online policy doesn’t accept human error. What ever happen to pleasing the customer.I will not order from here ever again because nothing upsets me more than a business that is not loyal to there customers.

COMPLETE TRASH! Made an order for a whole party and spent over 150$. Asked for no shrimp , and got the wrong order delivered WITH SHRIMP. After I called them to let them know, my party had served themselves some of the rice, the asked for the order they had gotten wrong back, even if we had touched it. GROSS! Now I wonder how many times I got the food someone else had returned without knowing.. I was asked to pick up a new order, they did not want to re deliver the order THEY got wrong and then told us it would take extra long. After two hours of not recieving the order, they hung up every call and blocked my number. I called from my family’s phone number and they had no option but to answer thinking it would be a new order, to just get hung up on AGAIN when she heard my voice. Do not waste your time ordering from here, they will steal your money and won’t care if they get your order wrong, and most importantly , won’t replace it.

The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Everything is fairly prices. The location is a bit small for dining in but definitely worth the try. Highly recommended!

I ordered through Uber Eats and the delivery was great. Unfortunately, the food was really not. So sorry I wasted over $50 on dinner, tax, delivery charge, tip, for tasteless hot and sour soup and boring Kung Pao Shrimp and vegetable fried rice. The crab Rangoon was decent. I do not like celery and wasn’t expecting my meal to consist of such a massive amount of that nasty and obnoxious vegetable (see pics). As the old joke goes, or in Reverse, rather—the food wasn’t tasty but there was a Lot of it. If you’re not picky and have a family to feed, the soup and Kung Pao dishes could each feed two. I know people are struggling, including small businesses, so I hate to leave a negative review, but sometimes the only way to create change is to communicate openly and honestly. It was a lot of money for mediocre food—definitely not worth it for us.

4 times ive ordered here and attitudes on 3 visits very rude people…… So many other chinese restaurants out in this area….. I recommend hong kong chinese restauarant and canton chinese you will get way better service!

Basically the lady over the phone yelled at my wife we asked for general Tao’s not spicy we got a general Taos so spicy my wife burned her lip and they put peppers the size of cockroaches and on top of that when i asked for a manager to get a refund for what we couldn’t eat I got a “she’s not here” and then I got hung up on I paid 72 bucks for a meal that I couldn’t enjoy and then to get yelled at by the lady over the phone avoid this place at all costs
