Easily the tastiest boneless wings I’ve had(honey bbq on mine). Texture is important and those things HAD IT. The mac n cheese was tasty too. Also, the Shane’s ranch was soooo good. The sweet tea tasted a bit wonky the day I went in but wasn’t that big of a deal

The BBQ is mediocre at Shane’s Rib Shack. I recently ate here with a group of about 15 people last Sunday, and I wasn’t impressed. The ribs were very fatty and tasted like it was on the warmer since the morning. We also thought that the pork was a bit dry and bland. The sides were decent and did offer a little more flavor. But, the reason I have decided to give a 3 star review is because the workers weren’t rude, and the restaurant was clean.

This BBQ is drool-worthy. Loved the smokey flavor and clean dining room. Not only do they have sweet tea, they have Cleveland sweet tea (super sweet!!). Toast was fluffy and the mac and cheese paired well with pepper. The staff was patient and friendly.

Good place with delicious food! Usually I don’t get chicken in BBQ places, but this time I give a try. And it was delicious! Chicken was fresh and juicy. Perfectly smoked! Absolutely recommend this place! People are nice. Atmosphere inside is !

Let me first say. The customer service was awesome those ladies were doing the best they could and very nice. But the teas all tasted moldy everyone was dumping there’s out in the restaurant. The employees said they were aware but it was a problem with the water itself and they couldn’t do anything about it. I got the sampler and was very disappointed considering it was just under 20 dollars. 3 ribs. 2 were the bare bone outside piece so literally had 3 bites of meat. My son’s kids meal came with 4 ribs BTW which were triple the meat of mine. And my (2) chicken tenders was literally one torn in half. Mac and cheese was on point though. And my wifes baked potato was big and loaded. Again the staff up front was amazing.

Not the best. Garlic toast and fries are heavily salted, cobwebs and dirt on the ceiling. My mom enjoyed her Brunswick Stew and my daughter loved the Mac and Cheese but outside of that, everything was just average. Place needs a good cleaning for sure.

We ordered 1/2 chicken and 1/2 rack of ribs. The both meats were “boiled” not smoked. Chicken skin soggy not crispy at all. The ribs were pretty flavorless and had the consistency of being boiled. The Texas toast was only toasted on 1 side. The sweet potato fries, okra, slaw and potato salad were good however. Pricy for lacking quality in the meats. Will not return.

Most of the food is good when we visit this location, sometimes its pretty dry though. The store is clean more often than not. The kids act like you are bothering them if you ask them for anything.
