Place is dirty and sticky. Staff were friendly. You have to stand there and wait for someone to realize you’re there, service with a smile once you get there. Food was mediocre, Mac and cheese was awful, tasted old and burnt with the consistency of mashed potatoes. pulled pork was just ok. Sweet tea had gone sour, peach tea was drinkable. Pictures don’t do it justice but bathrooms were dirty as well. Shane would be disappointed…

I ate there just a few days ago. Was fantastic like always. Chelsea the front end manager was very attentive and clearly demonstrated professional and hospitable customer service. She treated us like family and obviously loves her job. Employees like Chelsea keeps people coming back!!!

Well a few months ago I went to Shane’s Rid Shack in Monroe and it was awful. I posted my complaint about it. So again my better judgements I went back hoping it would be better and it wasn’t. I called (4:30pm) my order in and the female kept asking if I wanted the lunch menu. First, I have never known Shane’s Rid Shack to have a “lunch menu”. I finally got her to understand that Shane’s menu posted on the wall behind her did not have a lunch menu before she got it. When I got there to get my order I had to wait of someone to come from the back where the food is cooked. She said it was going to be a few minutes and about that same time a guy came out from the back with my food. When I got home and ready to eat, the chicken strip were tough and chewy. I first thought they weren’t cooked completely but they were cooked done. I don’t know what’s up with the chicken except it was not good, period. I almost believe they maybe close to spoiled. Something was not right with it and I through it out the door for the stray cat’s in my neighborhood.

I ordered a to go chicken sandwich. I asked for lettuce and tomato. No tomato and the lettuce was rotten. Also, the Cole slaw was yellow and runny. The fries were soggy and half cooked. Very disappointed to say the least.

If I could give a negative I would! A Friend bought us dinner! I ordered the chicken finger basket with 2sides! What I got was cold & half cooked fries, weird tasting mac&cheese! An two thumb size chicken chunks! All for 10.00 It was “Absolutely” horrible and waste of money!

Hella expensive. Go to Longhorn if you want gooòod ribs for what this place charges. The food here isn’t bad, but it isn’t good enough, nor are the portion sizes large enough to charge what they do.
