First time in the place ever, walked in hearing the manager Don I think his name was yelling at the girl at the front counter to clean it up because he doesn’t like how it looks in front of customers I honestly started to walk out then but I only had a couple minutes on my break. I ordered a shack wrap combo and left, when I got to my office to eat I bit into the wrap and the chicken was hard and a lump of lettuce fell out the same size of the chicken tender, 9bucks wasted will not be back.

Tight Squeeze
As always, the food is fresh and good. However the service tonight bothered me greatly. Realizing that I only had a $20 bill to tip the waitress, I returned to the counter and asked if I could get change in order to tip our waitress, but was told that the boss didn’t allow it. While our waitress did a good job, the girl at the counter acted so rude to me and my wife, it really ruined the tone of the evening. Sadly the last time we will go.

It was the first time I’ve ever eaten at Shane’s Rib Shack, any of them. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food taste I had the sampler platter. They didn’t have chicken wings of the time but that’s fine I can pass on the fried food from time to time. Puppy ribs pork and chicken top notch! And yes I would consider myself a little bit of a food critic.

I took my sister and niece to Shane’s for lunch and had a marvelous time. It was clean, the staff was friendly and showed extra effort to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The food was freshly made and tasted great. I will definitely be back.

This was my first time visiting this particular location. It took us a shirt while to be seated and for our order to arrive even though the restaurant was almost empty. The food was okay. I’ve had better food from Shane’s. There was only one type of barbecue sauce on the table and it did very little to flavor the pulled pork that I’d been craving. The meat was not seasoned and was bland even with the sauce. The variety of Christian music they were playing was depressing for a Friday night out. I did like how they came around the dining room to check to see if everything was okay. I wouldn’t rule out returning in the future, I’ll just try something different.

My family and I went and ate here last night. 2 of us got the Big Daddy sandwich plates. 1 of us got the 3 tenders meal. I personally got the 10 traditional wings smoked plate. Everyone was friendly and food was excellent. Whoever was cooking on 8/08/2018….hats off to you. You know what you are doing and how to cook wings. The meat was literally falling off the bones. Thank You again for such a good meal.
