Would give 0 stars if I could. Took 15 minutes to get cold food and didn’t get one of our sides. Asked for ranch and the other side and they never brought either. Also, the food was poorly presented (see pics). We ordered a shack sampler and Buffalo shack fries.

I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered 10 traditional bone in lemon pepper mild but I received 10 tenders with no sauce. The tenders were super dry and hard. My 2nd order was a tender basket, the size of the tenders were smaller then my pinky finger and was also fried too hard and dried out. The peach cobbler was all dough and no peaches. If it was up to me the rating would be -0. This is the worst experience I’ve had with Shane’s. I called and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up and called back 20 times just to get a busy signal. The only reason I didn’t drive back is because I live 30 minutes away.

Placed an order for delivery today. My meal was an overall disappointment. There was no sauce (which I specifically asked for) on my ribs or chicken, nor any on the side. There were 5 tubs of ranch dressing for 2 chicken tenders and my sons cheeseburger was just that…cheese on a burger. I didn’t make ANY modifications to the burger because my kids love veggies, so I was expecting lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles. Oh, and it was undercooked. My lemonade was water and lemon, hardly any sugar or flavor. For the amount I paid I expected waaaaay better.

I’m extremely disappointed! I come here all the time and the food is usually worth the money but today (4/22/23) the food was absolutely horrible…the baked beans and string beans had no taste at all. I gave me hospital food for 20 dollars for 10 wings and 2 sides I expected much more. The baked beans tasted like they was straight out the can and string beans too never again…I want my money back!

The entire staff was welcoming, friendly and inviting. My husband feels like his pork plate could’ve had more meat for the price. I think we went at a time when day and night shift changed and the day shift didn’t leave the entire area ready for the next shift. I’d go back because the staff didn’t reflect the appearance of the store at the time so it had to be a fluke.

I ordered the chopped chicken,fries ,coleslaw to go..got home dove in..chicken was plain no smoke must have been baked or boiled with lil bit of suace..fries was soggy/under cooked..coleslaw was limp on the brink of souring..toast and suace was the only good thing…just because you put BBQ suace on something don’t mean its bbq. The mc rib from McDonald’s is better than what Shane’s calls bbq

Place order online for curbside. Get home order is wrong called I was told to bring back . Leza comes out and informed me ” The Manager said only thing he can do is give you a piece of lettuce and tomato ” I said ” No I didn’t order cheese and he is going to replace it. She went back inside. After I sat in my car 17 minutes I go inside, she asked me to go back to my car she would bring it out . I said no I want to speak with your manager. She stated ” he making it now I will bring out. I requested the manager ( He came out ( Troy) I asked ” why would you refuse to remake and just offer me a tomato and lettuce he said no I didn’t say that ” The young lady ” Leza ” I didn’t say he said it I said It. He said why ? She stated she didn’t care because she was just helping them out because they didn’t have no one else she don’t work there so she don’t care who I report this to.. smh
