Today was my first time trying Shane’s Rib Shack. I placed my order online for pick up and it was ready when I arrived ten minutes later. The staff is so friendly and professional. I ordered the baby back ribs and half chicken with macaroni & cheese, and baked beans. So, the chicken was absolutely devine! It was tender, well seasoned, and cooked to perfection. I am sad to say that I am disappointed with the sides. The baked beans tasted like they were straight from a can. The mac n cheese was not appealing at all. It looks and tastes like it is instant, microwavable from a box. The ribs were crunchy and not very meaty. The ends were just burned to be honest. I might come back for the chicken and the customer service, but nothing else.

Today my mother and I ate lunch here and it was SUPER YUMMY! We ordered the $10 rib special in which we thoroughly enjoyed. The service was great and the food came out fast! I always eat at this location on my lunch break! I will be back again soon! 😀

Stopped in to my new favorite spot. I had the smoke lemon pepper wings. Which were prepared by Jermaine. And serve by Joey. The wings were delicious. So the next time you’re in the Lawrenceville area. Stop in to Shane’s off of sugarloaf. To try the smoke lemon pepper wings.

The whole month of August, Shane’s has offered meal deals. I grabbed a “Big Daddy” pulled pork sandwich meal for $6. It was a great value. The food was really good. I especially liked the fried okra side.

It was my first time at this restaurant and I have to admit that not only was the food good but what stood out was the service. My boyfriend and I were given free peach cobbler for being first time customers in a Shane’s Rib Shack and I have to say I am now hooked. It was soo delicious .Everyone was so personable and great to speak with. Highly recommend this location. Definitely 5 stars all around.

Great experience at this location. Joey and Zeke exemplified great customer service. Our food came out quick and hot and it was delicious. Joey even brought us out some warm peach cobbler to our tables which was also good.
