Wow, delicious. We had the spicy chicken salad for an appetizer and it was as what it said was!very delicious. The food comes out when it’s hot so it’s a big table you’re not eating at the same time, But if you’re sharing, it’s great to try so many delicious flavors from red curry to green curry. Sweet sticky ribs were delicious with the white rice. I got overwhelmed. It was so good I forgot to take pictures. mad at myself.

Fantastic experience start to finish. Walked in on a busy Saturday night, and they found us a spot at the counter. Service was knowledgeable and attentive. Everything we ate was delicious! Chicken wings, Duck Rice, and Chicken Khao Soi all pictured here. We also had the beef jerky and the bison ribeye special which were also both great. Wonderful addition to the Bozeman restaurant scene, we will be here often!

When I first looked at the reviews, I was apprehensive. I thought that somewhere couldn’t have all 5 stars, maybe they’re friends and family. But no, now having gone there I can honestly say this place is 5 stars, if I could give 6 I would.

The service was amazing, staff were accommodating to my new husband and I they placed us right in to a little corner spot on the bar. Our server was so informative on all of the dishes.

Hands down the best food in Bozeman. We ate their last night and tried 8 seperate dishes, and they all had their separate unique flavor profile. Attentive service, busy, and this place will only get busier. Owner stopped by at tables for a chat. Very reasonably priced, please keep it that way. We will be back soon. 5 start worthy

Five stars for service and the ambience. I ordered Lanzhou beef noodles and this is definitely not Lanzhou beef noodles, not even close. It’s more like curry beef noodle soup. Therefore, 3 stars for the misleading information.

The food, the service, the vibe is 10/10. From Noods, to dumplings, to thai style bbq. They knocked it out of the park. Wine selection is curated and pairs so well with the food. Can’t wait to go back!

Our expectations were probably too high because Shan has been so busy. The atmosphere was great: simple decor with lots of wood similar to Japan; upbeat music; great table layout and counter. The service was almost too attentive. The food however, was almost a little crude and relied heavily on fresh green onions, which in some dishes were overwhelming. Flavors and dishes were not complex, which would be ok if they were refined and well-plated. I suspect though, if substituted with any take-out Asian restaurant dishes, they would be easier to eat, tastier, and better developed.
