Beautiful place inside and out , all staff were amazing and the food was delicious will definitely come back . Prices are very good and the food is definitely worth it we ordered the chicken tostadas and they were amazing we also got the chicken mofongo and asked if they can make it without pork and they did and it was delicious. Very good portions . We were really excited to see the robotic servers it was amazing and so cute. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming .

We stopped here after our day at the Aquarium. 1 star for food because we ordered a seafood boil and it didn’t even come out hot. By the time I was able to pull the shells off the shrimp my butter sauce was already on its way to solidifying. This was probably one of the worst places we’ve been in a while. 3 for service because they were attentive to an extent, I didn’t get a refill. The food just tasted like nothing. I even asked for different seasoning (which ended up tasting worse) and then asked for salt just to see what I could force down. Very disappointing since we normally LOVE seafood boils.

Simply put – the food was bad. The lobster was extremely fishy, the mac and cheese and lobster bisque were both extremely salty, the haddock was seasoned with hopes and prayers and nothing else.

Shaking Crab experience was shaky at best. Place was dead, should have been my first indication to leave but we gave it it shot. Servers were nice, experience was just not up to par. Ultimately, it comes down to the food. Ordered the custom boil and food was basically frozen. Food thrown in the bag. No manager came out to discuss the issue. Basically just said sorry and offered to reheat it. I even had the server grab the crab legs with his hand to show it was cold to the touch. It wasn’t from sitting waiting to be served where it would be luke warm. It wasn’t COOKED, that how cold it was. Staff was friendly, but this comes down to management, it’s clear that there’s no direction or training being done. Paid my bill, fed my kids, and left. I would not recommend this place.

You really can’t complain at all about this place. The staff was wicked nice, the food was really good. Drinks were very strong and in cute mugs. They even have robots to help their staff with serving. Decor was pretty neat and themed with great information about species of crabs. 10/10. Way too pricey for what I can afford, but we hope to come back again! (Butter did go cold quickly in the boil bags making it mush up, but peel and soak while you eat and you should be good.)

The food was great. The service was great. They just need more customers. We’re from out of town and stumbled on this restaurant just down from our hotel. We were a bit nervous when the parking lot was empty. The food was amazing. If we lived here I’d spread the word to our friends. I hope they can make it work.

This place was horrible! Do not waste your money here! The service was very slow and the staff were fighting amongst each other. The food was not good, I ordered a hot dog and it tasted like freezer burn on the first bite. My friend ordered soup, when they brought all our food out they asked her what kind of soup again. Then it took them another 15min to bring it out. They didn’t give her a spoon and when we tried asking for one no one heard us because they were arguing. Also personally the weird blue lighting in the restaurant were bothering my eyes.
