A few weeks ago while I was out and about frequenting one of the many concerts that I attend at Ruoff Music Center, I went out to walk ♂️around the venue, and while I was out I had the opportunity to participate in “Participation↔️Row”, and I answered a trivia question at one of the booths and therefore I got to spin a prize wheel, and I landed on the section with a $25.00 gift card to Shake Shack… Lemme just say…it was pretty frickin’ yummy… ✔️ Ya fo sho can’t go wrong with chowing down and gobbling up some of these tasty burgers…

Food was good, there wasn’t much in the way of service…we ordered using one of the kiosks (two were open, two were inop). My only issue is that the food here is about the same as Culver’s, but costs about 50% more. Honestly, you’re probably paying more for the expensive rent in the fashion mall…. We ordered two large burgers, one regular one, one shake, two sodas, two fries, nearly $60! That’s my only issue.

Got burgers from Shake Shack this past weekend. The food is very good, service was good. The Kiosk system is very easy to use. The staff were very pleasant. We love Shake Shack. My only issue is the price point is a little too high. But other than that, Shake Shack is fantastic.

The place is absolutely great! It is a bit crowded overtime because the menu is amazing and the food is great. Customers are able to review the menu and pay for their food through a self checkout machine which is great because it gives advantages to the new customers to make their choices. When they run out of avocado they make sure the system know so they won’t be able to sell that specific menu. The drink are not the best, if you are a sugar free person, I absolutely recommend but if not, they seem to be a bit sour but in a healthy way. The restaurant is inside the mall at the food court but they also have curbside pick up. Overall great restaurant. New restaurant opening at downtown this winter.

Service was horrible, lots of staff standing around not taking care of customers. The most overrated cheese burger I’ve ever tasted. It was so disappointing, dry with no flavor. They shouldn’t charge more then $2.50 for this cheese burger.

This is the best burger I ever tasted! The shack sauce is just right. It makes the sandwhich very good. Crinkle fries are really good. Everything was perfect.. The staff is very nice. I will return.

Someone needs to explain the hype behind this place. This was their so called “double” shake burger. The patties were so smashed and over cooked it actually hurt my teeth to chew. At nearly $9 I definitely got the raw end of that deal. No need to ever go back.
