Unfortunately I didn’t try any of their shakes. We got cheeseburgers, which tasted great but had very little meat to them. For the price of each burger I’d expect a little more substance to them. Service was great and fast and it’s a nice atmosphere.

Came here for burgers, fries and shakes, and we weren’t disappointed. It’s quite expensive, especially as we had the specials, but the taste made up for it massively. We all left with very full and happy stomachs.

Overall, the food was tasty. The chocolate shake tasted like chocolate (as to be expected) and the cheese fries tasted almost premium as compared to generic artificial cheese that some resturants use. The only gripe I had was that there weren’t too many places to sit when I went.

I took my 11 year old and her friend here for dinner. We all had burgers and an order of fries and milkshakes. The burgers were just normal burgers- but I wanted to review the non-dairy shake…it was SO delicious. My daughter agreed that it was better than the dairy option. Also, the gentleman working in the dining area was awesome. Helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend the non dairy shake!

The food was great as always in shake shacks. However, very disappointed with the service there. To begin with, both my and my friends’ orders were missing an item to begin with. One is missing a milkshake another is missing one burger. It was still good since we would get it quickly after speaking with the staff. The worst part was the add-on order of chicken bits, I waited 15 mins to speak with the first staff. I was told it’s coming out soon. Then 25 minutes later, I asked another staff, and I was told it was coming out soon. More than 30 minutes later, the kids were no longer hungry and wanted no more chicken, so I went to the counter for a refund. The employee there handed me the chicken first, but after I told him I wanted a refund instead since waited more than 30 mins. The staff stared at me for a few seconds with an unacceptable attitude. I called the store manager to help me with the refund and also provided me with the chicken bites for free. It was a good gesture from the manager but the attitude of the staff is unacceptable!

Loved the burgers and fries. It is true that it is quite expensive for the size, but the flavor is amazing. They also have a nice terrace where you can have your food if the weather is not so bad. Service is really fast, you order and the bring your food to the table. Nice place to eat if you are spending your day at the Sawgrass mall.

I had the chicken! It was really crunchy, I liked it. Im not a fan of crinkle fries so we didn’t try those. Hubby had the burger with bacon. We both had the churro shake. It was super chocolatey. There are a lot of places to eat around here, next time we will probably try somewhere else. Food came out fast and there’s not much room to line up from the counter to the door but it didn’t matter much as we moved fast. Dining room was packed but we were still able to find a seat. Overall not bad

My son said it was the best burger he had ever eaten. He is picky too, so that tells you this place is above and beyond most fast food style burger joints. I loved my burger and shake as well and so did my wife. We will be back for more soon.

Best burger place in my area. Burgers are well made and still intact when you take a bite instead of falling apart into a sloppy mess. Their spicy cheese fries are no joke, it gives you a real kicker in the spice. It’s more expensive than other Burger fast food places but it’s worth the money for better quality and won’t leave you sick afterwards.
