Went by here with my Dad for a good burger, and a good burger we got! Cheese fries were delicious, the atmosphere is awesome and peaceful. Staff is kind, thoughtful, and helpful. Fresh food that tastes great. 10/10

We grabbed a late lunch (4 pm) with my family after going to the Whitney Museum. It wasn’t too busy at that time, and we enjoyed it. I loved the truffle mushroom burger, but I think the tiramisu shake was too much for the kids though. The burger looked perfect and my partner loved it too.

pretty decent shake shack. the staff is super friendly and accommodating. the burgers are usually consistent. I cant recommend the cheese fries at this location though! 50/50 shot you’re gonna get old cheese sauce that smells off. You and your wallet are safer getting regular fries

Underneath the 14th Street entrance to the High Line is probably the best looking Shake Shack I’ve ever seen. The extensive use of glass lets in a lot of natural light giving this place a nice vibe. The food as always was good.

Was looking forward to this moment and it completely met my expectations. We had fries with cheese and it was amazing. The burger was very tasty and the ingredients were delicious.

There was a slight change in locations, which is below the Highline Park. The dining area is inside and out with 180 degree view. The food is fresh and delicious. Tipping doesn’t get your tray carried to your table. However, it was a peaceful lunch. I can’t wait to return.

Great hospitality and lovely staff that dropped by every once in a while to check in. A pleasure to be welcomed and treated to wholesome banter. I dined in by myself and read my book. Ordered the canned Rosé, Blood Orange lemonade and order of fries. Grea atmosphere and music. Can’t hate listening to some Guns& Roses.

It’s a shake shack. Compared to other shake shacks: Relatively small location, incredibly dedicated and attentive staff, great high-line location, outdoor seating. sometimes a little slow if there’s a huge wave of orders in the late evening.

Over priced fast food and terrible customer service. The ice machine was broken and they didn’t notify me until after I paid. You’re better off walking down the street to find better options.

Great location right off the High Line. Food was quick and hot. Cannot beat the delicious chicken! The staff was friendly and playful attitudes as they served their food. Self check kiosk for ordering makes the ordering a smooth process.
