Went here for the first time and wow! I got the avocado bacon burger and the pomegranate basil drink. Both of those were really good. The burger bun, the meat and the combo of the burger itself made this one of the BEST burgers I ever had in my life. S/o to Jordan who worked the window, she was really kind and helped me during my first time at Shake Shack.

I’ve been to Shake Shack in the past at different locations. Usually the food quality is pretty good, albeit a bit overpriced. Today when I picked up my online order I was delighted with how quickly it was prepared, but pretty disappointed to see how tiny the burger was with such a small, wilted piece of lettuce. I won’t be returning to this location, at least not for the burgers!

First time eating here, and last time eating here. It should have been a solid tip off that on a Friday evening there was no customers in the store and and no one in the drive through. But I like to try new places. I ordered a Shack Stack Double with bacon and a Shake (no fries). The girl said “that comes to $24 and change, and you have to choose your tip first”. I have a real problem with some place that requires a tip before I even get my food. But fine, I better tip, don’t want them messing with my food. So now I’m at $27 for a burger and a shake. Food arrives a bit later on a metal tray, and it looks like someone slopped it together in a soggy nasty bun. It had the bacon welded together in a clump. 2 tiny half slices of what looked like a cherry tomato. My shake, as tiny as it was, arrived near frozen solid. I like a good solid shake, but this was ridiculous. I had to go to my car to grab one of those metal straws to attempt to drink any of it, and still couldn’t hardly get a drink. All in all, this was beyond horrible.

If Freddy’s, Sonic, and Culver’s had a love triangle, you might end up with a Shake Shack Burger…. Might be on the upper and cost wise of all three but you’ll have to decide if it’s worth it to you. You can also get a beer or wine making it a little bit different than the other three.

Very disappointed. For the price I was surprised by the lack of accommodation and the petty service.

First time customer I’m absolutely amazed with the way my family and I food tasted ! My daughter had the chicken bites and my lady had the white truffle and I had the mushroom burger, not the vegetarian one. We dined in to get a good first time experience. The food is expensive but worth every penny in my eyes. If your a foodie I definitely recommend ! Only tip I can give you when ordering is to make sure your fries are fresh and hot!

“I had the pleasure of dining at Shake Shack recently and let me tell you, it was an experience to remember. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior was clean and well-designed, making me feel right at home. I decided to sit down and enjoy my meal inside, where I was able to relax and soak in the lively ambiance of the place.

Went through the drive-through today got through pretty fast order my food. I thought it was a little pricey, but got my food and I was satisfied The hot fries are very good. The burger was nice in season. Oh and the shake was nice and thick like I like it I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for some new to eat.

I will start by saying that we love shake shack. However, today we had an horrible experience. We ordered on the mobile app for in store pickup. When we arrived, I opened the door and was met by a very rude employee who told me the lobby was closed. I told him I was just wanting to pickup my online order that was supposed to be ready in two minutes. He told me I need to go through the drive through. This would not be an issue except for the fact that the drive through lanes were long and if you’ve been to shake shack, you know that they are not fast as it’s made to order. I told him that I really did not want to wait an extra 30 minutes in line for food that is either done, or almost done. He again, told me no. I told him I would gladly stand in the rain and wait. He again told me no, to go through the drive through. We already ordered and paid, so clearly this was our only option. We get in line and when we get up to the speaker, no one would answer. We watched four cars go through the first lane and made many phone calls that went unanswered before someone finally got to us. At this point, we were well passed our pick up time with plenty of time to still wait. I asked them to please remake our order so it’s fresh. My favorite part is when we finally get to the window, and were told to go wait in spot 5 for someone to bring us our order. At this point, we’re thinking that this has to be a joke. They really refused to hand me my order through the door only to tell us to wait across the parking lot for their employees to walk through the pouring rain instead? No, they were serious. We go to spot five and wait for them to bring us our order. This entire ordeal took well over 30 minutes from the time our order was supposed to be done. This is something I wouldn’t even expect at a cheap fast food restaurant. We paid over $20 per person to be treated this way. Turning off mobile ordering would have been the first professional thing to do. Expecting customers to wait 30+ minutes while their mobile order gets cold is absolutely ridiculous.

Good, but I’m not convinced I get it. 3 burgers and 2 fries…$35. Ultimately, it’s a smash burger. I know the meat quality is there, or at least in some of the restaurants, it’s sourced from a great place. No idea if this one is or not.
