I waited over 20 mins for my food to come out . When it did everything was cold . Which is crazy. I sent my fries back and my chicken : I spent too much money on one person for my food to be cold and old. My burger was cold but I was hungry and wasn’t gona send that back. Or else I would have got a refund and ate some fresh food for 30$ . They didn’t even get my drink order right . I just wouldn’t return . At least at the other location the food is always fresh no matter the wait time . The pic looks way better than the food tasted bc I’m great at taking pics haha !

I love the chicken sandwich! Today I tried it on a lettuce wrap, and it was still delicious. The spicy cheese fries are my fav. Normally I opt for a cookies and cream milkshake, but i decided to switch up my menu just a little and ordered the berry lemonade. It was on point Shake Shack is the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time to ever visit a Shake Shack. Passed this place lots of time on the way to St. Louis Children’s Hospital (grandson had surgery). Finally told my wife we must stop. To our dismay they said no more fries. Out of several special lemonades. Manager apologized because so many things were out and it was our first time. Then, she said our meal would be free! How is that for customer care! We will definitely be back to try the full meal. Thanks, Shake Shack and to the manager on duty. You are a superstar! By the way, the burgers were G-R-E-A-T!!!

Dining room was clean and had great atmosphere, everything felt nice and cozy. Food was incredible, shake shack is definitely the best chain burger place, and this location and lovely staff who serve you quickly with a smile on their face. I was a little disappointed to say the least. My son saw this place on YouTube so while on vacation we decided to try out a lot of different eateries for the first time. The sizes of the sandwiches was disrespectful as they can easily be compared to that of a slider from Krystal or White Castle.

This place is slowly going downhill, tons of employees but no captain. Arrived 50 min ago with 4 customers in front of us, one seemed to have an issue getting checked out, while the line continued to grow the other register remained unused. After about 20 min we finally ordered and as we still wait for our food just watching orders get incorrectly delivered and sent back, there are table numbers you get when you place your order pretty straightforward. With someone properly managing this place could pump out so much more food efficiently and have a lot more happy customers. When they first opened it was ran much smoother, hopefully whoever owns this place cares, great food and staff, just need a boss
