Ordered a shack burger. The beef was significantly overcooked. It was dark and totally burned. It must have been in really high heat oven for really long time. I ordered burger from other shake shack sites multiple times and order burger from many other restaurants but have NEVER seen beef like this. I ordered it using Mealpal. Not sure if they treat customers from mealpal in a “special” way.

Our team works up the block and orders from this Shake Shack at least once a month. The food is tasty, but there is ALWAYS something missing from our order. Luckily we work just up the block and can send someone back down for the missing item, but it shouldn’t be necessary. Most of the time, the items missing are the shakes/drinks, but sometimes we are missing fries/other items. And we literally never receive the utensils/ketchup that we ask for through the app.

Was close to the Water front Exchange and got hungry; this location was close by. It was clean and a “greeter,” opened the door for us and assisted with using the menu kiosk. The food came in a timely fashion and tasted good. Seating was plentiful and the area of location itself was bubbling with things to do.

Had to wait 25 minutes for ONE burger with a bunch of workers behind the counter playing around. Got my food with missing toppings and was told by a rude employee that the items were “not in stock, so better luck next time.” Should’ve told me before I made the order. The music was extremely loud, which is not something I usually complain about but it got to a point where I couldn’t even have a conversation with the person across from me. Y’all need to do better.

Probably one of the worst Shake Shacks I’ve been to. My order was done and just sitting there on the counter, and 3 people who didn’t work there were hovering over the order checking if it was theirs. I asked if it was mine and was told to wait behind a line and for them to call my name. By the time they called my name the shakes were melted and burgers cold. Plus they forgot the cheese and ranch on the spice CHEESE fries. People working there legit could care less.

My wife and I decided to dine in and she ordered the new veggie burger cheese fries and tiramisu shake. It was fresh delicious and she went on and on about how much she loved the veggie burger. She opted for Avocado on top while I chose a double shack burger and a lemonade. Service was great and the food was brought to our table. Will visit again
