The quality at this location is going down. The chicken bites were over fried in old oil, they were brown not golden; they were inedible. Additionally, the app didn’t notify us when the food was ready and in the restaurant they didn’t have the food waiting in the designated area. This delay was detrimental to the custard and root beer float. When I finally approached them about it they didn’t offer to do anything about the soupy custard.

I wonder – if given only this photo, would burger restaurant goers describe this as what looks like a $8+ sandwich? If I were to tell that patron that they could add a side of fries to make it $12, and if they would like a soft drink in a paper cup they would be looking at $16+, would that number sound appropriate?

I know, it’s just a burger shack… It was better than the rest though! They had their menu posted in three different spots. You can order via tablet they provide, your phone or by telling the cashier what you want. Their special sauce is tasty and I decided to try the cheese covered fries. Turns out they are worth the food coma!

Update: this time around the bun held up and the burger was not nearly as salty. This time I went for the double smoke Shack and the peppers in it add a nice kick. Comparatively, the prices seem a bit higher than other similar fast food burger places though it is made fresh and the quality of ingredients seems a bit better.

Went here for a double Shake Shack. Paid at the counter as their Kiosks weren’t working. I didn’t pay tip (why would I for take outs). Next thing I realize when I got home, I only got a single regular Shake Shack. I never thought I’d experience this myself for not paying tip for take outs lol geez. Didn’t like the burger either. OVERPRICED with SUBPAR QUALITY.
