Food was the staff was super friendly and on top of things when the lunch rush came in. Burger was amazing. Chicken sandwich was amazing. Chocolate cookie shake, amazing… lemonade, amazing… cheese fries.. yep you guessed it, amazing. Was able to snag a parking spot right across the street. Stopped in for lunch on our way back to Pittsburgh. Definitely recommend!!!! Everything!

The Veggie Shack is very good. I’ve been vegetarian for over 30 years, and I’ve had more than my share of house-made burgers that too often have the consistency of mashed potatoes. Not so with this one. The burger was tasty, firm, and filled with veggies. The crinkle-cut fries were hot, crisp, Ordering from the kiosk was easy peasy.

Ate here 1st time when I visited Indy & Newfield. This was great choice for lunch. Employees very kind & helpful. Initial visit I of course had lots of questions & they were most patient answering them. Parmesan fries were crispy, but just soft enough that I could mop up every last bit of Parmesan. Had one of the best ‘Shroom Burgers I’ve ever eaten, satisfying as a burger. My black & white shake was perfect mix of vanilla & chocolate. When we visit Indy again this is definitely on my list of “must go” restaurants

Amazing experience and delightful vegan options! Everyone was so kind and cared for this restaurant. Staff was so attentive and caring when it came to food allergies. They are all so kind and knowledgeable. I greatly enjoyed my veggie burger and dairy free shake!

The food is awesome, but a bit pricey. Employees are nice. Dining room could be cleaner for the price. Awesome burger and fries! Always stop here when I am working downtown.
