Very good food, but even better service. The staff made sure we were taken care of, even offering to bring us different sauces, refills, and clean the table after us. This isn’t what we’d normally expect from a burger shop, but they went above and beyond!

They got my order incorrect as I ordered online and they didn’t give me my cheese sauce (which cost extra) and they almost forgot my drink until I went to the front and asked. I didn’t realize they also didn’t put my sauce in until I got home. Not sure what’s going on with shake shack but the flavor has gone down hill as well.

Really impressed by the positive customer service and high quality food options! The store is very beautiful (especially since it’s new and just opened). They have a kiosk type of situation to place your order if you don’t want to order with a cashier. It really gives you the option to take your time ordering and making any customizations you want.
