I had a horrible experience today at this location. We used the computer to make our order. Gluten, wheat, and soy allergy was listed. However, there was a misunderstanding. Apparently they said their fries aren’t gluten free. Then they weren’t sure which of the 2 burgers was gluten free. With their unchanged gloves they were touching the burgers and putting them in boxes and switching them. I have a severe gluten allergy that causes neurological symptoms and this location didn’t take my allergy seriously. The two young girls prepping my sandwich were rolling their eyes after I came back to tell them I wanted a refund because I felt unsafe eating the burger. I couldn’t trust if this burger was the gluten free one because they weren’t sure. The manager said I’ll have them make you another one and I told her it’s okay whatever is easier for you. I don’t like to be a pain. But she insisted and asked the kitchen staff to make another gluten free burger. The girl prepping my burger stuck out her middle finger to her manger and told her you have a lot of patience. Why do I have to make another one? The manager made a face to her and told her just do another one. Then the manager proceeded to tell her to change her gloves and wipe down her area. The staff at dadeland needs training on food allergies. Communication and customer service skills needs work. I would have said that Manager handled the situation well if it wasn’t for the faces she made to her employee. It made me feel like I was annoying when I’m really not and I never complain.

Burnt, lettuce was wilted and tomato was slightly bigger than a quarter……..shake shack is good but this location is SERIOUSLY awful. Super bummer. Nice people there though! Not the workers fault

We stop by to have some ice cream, the machine change our flavors and they were open to change them. And our previous visit to this same shake shack of dadeland mall they gave us super salty patys and fries.

Well while I love the food at Shake Shack at this location today Dadeland mall I was disappointed . I am not used to order through a screen teller I asked the cashier there I needed to place an order and she just looked at me and ignored me completely.. a young girl on the line behind me was kind enough to help me place the order myself. Customer service in this location is not the best.. I love the one at the falls! They are so genuinely happy to have you as a customer every time I go there I get a big smile from the cashiers..

Hotdog was not good hard overcooked and tasted more like a salami. Burger and fries are good. Nothing over the top. You have to pay extra for fries. Bread was much smaller then the patty. If it wasn’t for the hotdog it would be a 4 ⭐️

As usual I ate a burger at shake shack. I went for the Smokeshack and it was delicious and very juicy and perfect cooked. The only thing what I dislike is that they served the burger in a box instead of a food tray. This made my whole experience at the Shake Shack in total not to the better one.

Angela was so nice I asked her which lemonade she thought was the best. Her response was “would you like a sample of each lemonade?” I was shocked that she offered and pleased and of course I said yes. Angela was very attentive the whole time I was waiting for my order even when she was attending other customers I felt like her top priority. She asked if I wanted anything else like ketchup or mustard. Fantastic customer service would come back again to this particular shake shack just to get service from Angela.

Stopped by today to grab a quick bit after doing a little shopping in the mall. I was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smile from Angela. She was super pleasant and help me decide on what to order. I settled on the spicy bacon burger, cheese fries, and harvest berry lemonade. The food came out super fast and was absolutely delicious. I would definitely return to this location again.
