This was my first time at a Shake Shack. We were there at lunchtime. I agree with other reviews that when they get even a little busy it gets loud and hard to hear a companion. My chicken sandwich was cooked perfect and pretty to look at, but I didn’t like it. There was something in the breading that didn’t mesh well with the rest of the sandwich for me. I can be picky, so this was a me thing. My guy got a burger, he liked it and we both liked the fries. One of my main issues is that you can’t get your own drink refill. For the cost of a drink, I’m not leaving without a refill and when they are busy it’s hard to get a refill. It is very clean and the employees were all very helpful, so I would say it’s a 4 overall but not a place I am going to crave or go out of my way to go to.

I don’t know about y’all but if I’m dropping over $40 for a burger meal I would think they can 1. Get the order correct and 2. I would get more fries than this. Sheesh! I’m all for profit margins but if you’re charging this much then step up the value provided. Not happy with this food. Flavor was decent but, fries are better at McDonald’s and if I order a Quarter pounder cook to order at mcds that burger would taste better than this double smoke burger. Not happy at all. I personally don’t recommend coming here.

My family really enjoyed our dinner here. The kids loved their shakes and burgers! I read other comments about it being overpriced but what isn’t right now. We used the self order and it was really easy to use. Overall, the service was fast and it wasn’t too busy when we came for dinner. Steady but not busy. They text you once your food is ready. Staff was very friendly and the place is well kept. My reason for 4 stars is I feel the burgers were a bit greasy or the buns had too much butter. I’m not a huge fan of crinkle fries and their fries were tasty. Their lemonade drinks are so good! Overall, this is a nice burger place and I would dine again with my family.

Yummy food and quick service. The tiramisu shake is so good. Only problem was it was crowded, the music was kind of loud and there were a lot of kids screaming and being annoying

Disappointed with the service here. All the food we had was wet and soggy. The grilled cheese was surprisingly small and over priced. Just two hamburger buns slapped together with a slice of cheese. All the food that was made seems like it was just thrown together and someone who had their eyes closed while doing so. We ordered the spicy ranch fries and ended up getting cheese fries. You would think they would be more cautious and double check esp when everything is overpriced as is. Never eating here again.

Delicious burgers and french fries! Really hits the spot. The business of this location is hit or miss. We usually order on Uber for pickup which is pretty fast way to get your burgers. They have a vegetarian option which is a mushroom burger.

Great experience for the first time at this location. Drive thru and dine in was packed, but service was so quick that we had no issues getting a table after ordering. We ordered our food with ease at the front of the restaurant using the kiosk. Ordering was very simple with plenty of customizable options for each item. You can also order at the counter with an employee. We ordered the smokestack (added toppings), double shack burger added bacon, tried the chicken bites, and fries with plenty of dipping sauces tot eat as well. Everything was delicious and staff was very friendly. Our food was brought out so quickly that we were in and out of there within 30 minutes. Location is great, and it was a nice quicker place to sit down and get a bite to eat. The timing didn’t impede on us getting back to running errands around the area.

I went after having a great 1st experience at a shake shack in Orlando Florida. I went to the Chesterfield location for lunch. Not only did it cost more than the shake shack in Orlando but the quality was easily noticeable. Soggy bacon, under cooked burger (that has obviously been sitting under a heating lamp as the burger was dry), and 1/4th of the shake cut with whipped cream. I’ll also add I got the same exact meal as I did in Florida. Shake Shack is great but maybe the people working this one need to try a little harder.

Love the food. It seems to have a unique great taste. Their fries are great. Always crispy and hot. My problem is it’s just ridiculously expensive for a drive-through fast food place. A burger, cheese fries and soda was $18.41. With tax, a soda alone costs over $4.00 – Yikes. The food’s excellent, but it’s a “once in a while” treat due to the cost. If they were more reasonable, I’d go on a more regular basis. Every time I’ve been to the drive through, there’s no line compared to other drive throughs in the area, so I’m guessing the cost may be keeping others away.
