Ordered my food but I did not get it till after 30mins I need to remind them twice, finally got it when I told them I want refund. Those ordered after me gotten their food way before me. My queue number is 586_ and the current queue who already gotten their food is 589_ when I finally got my food.

Ask for a sample of the shake you want before ordering. I ordered 2 Stack Shacks, fries and a 2 shakes. Strawberry and chocolate. The food and strawberry shake were good but chocolate shake tastes like extremely strong dark chocolate. I asked if they can pour milk in it or trade for vanilla shake. The answer was once it leaves they can’t touch it even to throw it away, can’t refund, and can’t exchange for a different shake.. So I threw away $6 basically. Ive never tasted a chocolate shake that was this bitter. I’ll avoid it in the future.

My experience was great! All the people working were pleasant and very helpful. It took about 15mins for 4 meals during dinner time, which was much faster than anticipated because there were about 12 people before me. Food was good and my order was perfect, no errors! A little hard to find at first because the Google pin placement is WAY OFF, and there isn’t a map in the airport to find restaurants but once we found the food court all was easy!

Well I have tried Shake Shack in many different cities trying to find what is good about it. Over priced,slow service and wrong orders. This is the last time I will go and only went because of convenience. At MSP Airport this Shake Shack hit all the marks. Not only were they getting my order wrong but the people around me. When I questioned the staff all I got was attitude and “you must go back through the line”. That was from the server working 7/25 around 10a. Purposefully leaving her name out. Not personal. Just think about it, there are much better place in all the cities where SS are located. Time to fly

I travel through here a lot. I eat at Shake Shack 99% of the time and order the same thing. But the people working tonight were dumbfounded by my order. A double cheeseburger with mayo lettuce and tomato, add bacon, with a cheese cup on the side. The one taking my order looked at me as if I was crazy and had to ask if they had a bacon cheeseburger. Then asked if I could get a cheese cup and someone from the back yells, “uh no!” I get the same thing every-time. Go back to customer service training! 0 Stars for the crew tonight. RUDE!

Would have been great if they were nicer. Asked for ketchup to be refilled so I could properly enjoy burger and fries and they ignored me say in food court thirty minutes waiting only to eat a dry burger and fry fries not coool. Employees seemed to have a attitude. Customer service is about being kind to everybody. Or just a different job.

I went on 8/2/2023 in between flights to get some food and a shake. I get told by the cashier that there’s no stuff left to make shakes. Then while I wait for my food, (which took a good while) I see 2 different workers make themselves shakes and drink them in the back. In other words, they were just being too lazy to make shakes

Love there burgers. This was a smoke house double party, added fried and strawberry shake. Only thing keeping this from 5 stars…employee yelling at Kitchen that she is not going to ring anyone up anymore and walked away. Everyone argued with her…meanwhile we all stood there…no other employee stepped up to take our order. More and more now I see why they are moving to display menu board to just eliminate this role.
