Ordered a shroom burger after looking at the pictures online. The burger I got was a joke, definitely not enough for one person’s meal and it lacked the vegetables advertisement shows. It was really small laughable burger with hardly any fillings, couldn’t even see the sauce.

Ordering was quick, wait time was about 6 minutes for my order which consisted of sausage, one egg and cheese and tater tots. Jaslynn was pleasant; food tasted fresh. No issues with me.

Are the employees disgruntled? Yes they are. But is the food just as good as every other shake shack? It certainly is! What a delight to eat this burger right before my flight back home. My only “beef” is that I ordered two double cheeseburgers. They made one and forgot the other. The finished burger sat under the lamp for 6 minutes while they cooked the other one. It came out a little cold but at least it came out without a side of attitude

The line was pretty long but moving. Customer Service was rather rude when asking the cashier questions about the menu. We ordered lemonade with light ice. It came full of ice. The hot dogs are 100% beef. It didn’t come on a hot dog bun. They used hamburger buns to replace hot dog buns. The 100% Angus Burger we’re juicy. Will not return even if it’s the only restaurant open in the airport.

The Terminal 2 departure Terminal has a nice shake shack that delivers what they do best. They’re super busy, but they’re crabking out some of the best burgers you’ll ever eat at the airport! Delicious. Well prepped. Staff is working hard.

Ordering was east but cashier complained to us how she wanted to go home already. That should of been a clear sign to walk away. We waiting 20 minutes for two burgers and fries. I fell bad for short staff but they should of been fully staffed for a busy travel day like today

Today at Ft. Lauderdale Airport we decided to go to Shake Shack.. pretty long line, moving slowly. While waiting For our order to come out, I noticed people coming back to the pickup counter.. every single person who had picked up their order came back. Mostly missing ordered items, some flat out wrong. It became comical how many people were waiting for food. Hey, everybody can have an “off day”, maybe this was theirs, but seems this isn’t their first poor review, so who knows?

Absolutely chaos. Who manages this place? Fire them. The staff lack organization, a sense of urgency and customer service. The line is literally in the wrapped around and they continue to have one person taking orders. She’s could care less about the wait….moving at a snails pace with “I don’t care” look on her face. Plenty of staff standing around witnessing but not helping, including the shift supervisor who pokes his head out of the door from time to time, however, lacks the appropriate leadership to pivot the current process and/or assist. Ughhh. Ridiculous. Fire everyone and start over!
