Delicious shake! They were out of chicken and mushrooms (I usually get chicken), so I got a hot dog. I wouldn’t recommend the hotdog, but it was okay. There wasn’t much of a line when I went during lunchtime and the wait wasn’t too long. Overall decent experience.

Told us 10-15 minute wait and it was 35. Zero staff communication. Messed up our road trip timing – all they had to do was communicate better. And hand out a free drink or something.

I ordered a small drink. They filled several customers orders that were after me on line thank had multiple drinks and meals. I was waiting for almost 20 minutes and had to bring it to their attention. They were never going to fill my order until they noticed I was the last one standing there. Horrible first experience of shake shack.
