The Vince Lombardi Plaza has made great improvements since the last time I stopped in. I had to cross the George Washington Bridge twice today and was very excited to see the American Flag out and also feeling lucky since I finished my day by 12. So obviously the best way to top it off is with a BACON DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER fries with coke. Ahhhh yes it was so good that I went back for a chocolate shake complete my all American day.

I gave this place a chance , even after seeing all these 1 star reviews . I went to try the shake shack burger (double cheese burger) fries comes separately , that’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars . Let me tell you the burger was AMAZING !!!! Every bite I took from that burger melted in my mouth. It was good and juicy. Fries were good as well . I’m guessing all the 1 star reviews were from when they just opened up and they had a rough startup . The wait for my food was around the 15 min mark. Overall I am satisfied and I will definitely come back to this place

Burger was burnt, and when I asked for a double shake burger, I got a single one with cheese and peppers. I did not ask for peppers. Worst part, they didn’t give me any shake sauce.

Genuinely horrible service. Stopped at the rest stop on the way home from a school trip. Ordered a burger and a shake, waited 30 minutes. Imagine a massive group of high schoolers standing around this shake shack and a single person taking/giving out orders. That’s what it was. Not only high schoolers, other customers were waiting for their food, too. Five of my peers were stuck waiting for their food while other customers filtered through the line, getting their food in 10-15 minutes (still too long). The food is rough, the shakes are rough, service is rude, 0/10 would not recommend.

I ordered fries and a burger with the fixings. What I received is a undercooked patty on a plain bun. The sauce you see is the mustard and mayo I added. The fries where cold and stale. I checked the ratings after I saw my food. What a mistake!
