So I’ll say the food was amazing! No complaints. But the service needs work. Might be a better place to just order and pick up from.

Very tasty experience. Got there right when they opened at 4:30 and was the only diner in the place for most of the time.

Not completely satisfied, being from NYC where the quality of food is top notch I expected a little more. I ordered the tandoori chicken which traditionally is cooked with bone in meat but I received boneless meat. Not what I expected. Also ordered the paneer Tika very few cheese cubes in it. I did like the mango Lassi and desert but I would not try this place again.

Great food! My wife and I got a meal for two, and it was more than enough for us to both fill up. We ordered a dirty vodka martini. The food was great, but I don’t think they are savvy with alcoholic beverages. It tastes like they used olive water straight out of the olive jar instead of a brine or juice. We loved the food! Just won’t get drinks in the future.

Rice cooked to perfection. Malai Kofta that tasted like heaven – the best I ever had. Friendly servers and atmosphere. Excellent prices. If you’re visiting Omaha this place is a must.

When I walked into the restaurant, I was intrigued, but when I rounded the corner to the sitting area, I was absolutely wowed–completely blown away. Each table is garmented with a white table cloth (covered with white paper), silverware, and a beautiful glass accented with a vibrant yellow napkin. The room is quite pleasant to look at, especially with the real-life waterfall near the center. The booth we were seated in was a bit snug, which made sitting down and getting up a bit of a process, but lookig around there seemed to be lots of seating depite the place feeling pretty warm and intimate. We came on a cold Wednesday evening, so we were 1 of eventually 4 parties. Because of this, service was fairly quick, and our waitress was lovely. Going to the bathroom to wash our hands, we ventured down the steps into the basement. The restrooms were visually appealing, but not so aromatically appealing. Having a proper 3 course meal, we ordered appetizers, a main course, and desserts. The chicken appetizer was your standard chicken tender with a faint taste of coriander. The garlic naan was also pretty standard, though a teensy bit tough. Both apps were served with mint chutney and a sweet-and-sour-like sauce. After a short wait, our main courses came out with 2 bowls of rice for our group of 4 to share. When you order, you are asked your desired spice level. I ordered chicken tikka masala at the mildest spice level (1) and it had a lovely balance of tang and spice. I scraped my bowl clean. For dessert, what you order is apparently served to the whole table by default. We wanted to try the fried dough balls, but the menu was out of date and the item was no longer available, so we all tried a dish described as “a cheese ball in syrup.” Needless to say, we didn’t quite know what to expect, and when the dessert came out, we were each presented with one ball, and with its level of sweetness, that was more than enough. All in all, you need to try this restaurant. As a person whose only exposure to Indian food was in my college dining hall, I needed to try the real deal, and the food and ambience are something I wish everyone could experience.

This is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in Omaha. The food is flavorful, and the staff are always extremely friendly. I’ve had several dishes from the menu so far, including both meat-based and vegetarian/vegan, and each one has been delicious. The atmosphere is also very nice. It is calm inside, with an indoor water feature that creates a nice flowing water sound in the background. And unlike so many restaurants these days, this one doesn’t blast loud music in the dining room, meaning you can actually have a conversation with the people at your table. Definitely give this restaurant a try if you’re looking for a place to eat in downtown Omaha!

First off the food is pretty good, we got the tandoori chicken with some rice and garlic Naan. It was some of the best tandoori we’ve had in a very long time. Service is friendly but could act like they care more. And the environment is pretty run down. Looks as if they haven’t cleaned in decades. Skyline is covered in black dirt and unknown substances the waterfall glass is dirty and scummy and little details around the restaurant need help. But if they can fix these issues I know they can be a front runner in Indian cuisine in downtown omaha NE once again.
