My husband and I stopped here for breakfast one morning and enjoyed it so much we had to come again a second time. Very cozy mom and pop diner with comfort food and great breakfast. Service was excellent and waitresses were kind and attentive. (I recommend the biscuits and potatoe chunk)

Love, Love, Love this place. The food is amazing and some of the best breakfast food in Southeast Oklahoma. The pancakes are fluffy and huge and so are the biscuits! And don’t get me started on their Cheeseburgers. They are out of this world.

Great mom and pop diner. The Food was Awesome and very inexpensive. Pancakes bigger than the plate. Come show this local business some love and help support the local Community.

Pretty chill place with ridiculous sized pancakes, and the 2 egg breakfast is huge anyway. The biscuits were perfect- crisp around around edges but soft in the inside. The potato chunks were crispy; pretty sure they were fried. The gravy for the biscuit didn’t have sausage in it, so be aware of that. The pancake was humongous, so the other reviews were not kidding.

Truly just one of the most underwhelming dining experiences we’ve ever had. Waited an hour for 2 simple breakfast plates, watched the people that came in after us, who ordered the same dishes, receive their food about 30 minutes before we did. If the food would’ve come out and been decent, I probably wouldn’t have even taken the time to write this review. It was terrible. Eggs not how ordered, pancake stuck to the plate it was served on, potatoes lukewarm, and saying the small biscuit was dry would be an understatement. We saw our waitress 2 times, once when we ordered, and once when our food was brought out. Gently brought up at checking out that an hour wait for 2 breakfast plates seemed a little long. Waitress said they’re understaffed. Didn’t have a whole lot to say about the people next to us receiving their food that much earlier than us when they walked in after. I hate writing a negative review for any business, but this was truly that bad. If you were looking for a place to eat in Hochatown, please don’t waste your time. This ain’t it.

Zero stars if I could. DO NOT recommend. We patiently waited a full hour, without being checked on by our waitress once, to receive the most underwhelming breakfast I’ve ever been served in a restaurant. It was my husband’s birthday, we had not eaten anything yet that morning and were eager to eat a good meal. It was honestly so bad we couldn’t help but laugh. He shared his thoughts with the cashier when they asked “how was everything” and was met with contentious attitude. No apologies for the wait or the food. To be responded to in his review that we should have said something before eating the food— why? So we could wait another hour for another cold, sticky, white pancake?? Come on. What we should have done was left at the 30 minute mark. I normally do not write reviews, especially negative ones, but I’m highly disappointed by this experience and it was an unfortunate start to a birthday— time, service and food, all bad.

My husband and I enjoyed breakfast here and it was fantastic! The vegetable omelet was very tasty, as well as the cubes potatoes and biscuits and gravy that was served alongside. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. Very laid back, easy going diner.

Small town vibes and traditional country cooking. The biscuits were big and fluffy, the sawmill gravy ulhad depth of flavor. The pancakes are the size of dinner plates so order cautiously! They serve breakfast all day Sunday but sometimes have to close by 2pm because they just plain sell out of food. There is usually a wait so be prepared to give your name and phone number but it’s well worth it!

What a gem !! The first sign a restaurant is good is they are only open until noon or 2pm… My wife and I decided to stop by after seeing that it had 4.5 stars on Google. We were not disappointed! I got the chicken fried steak and eggs my wife got the 2 egg plate with sausage. The steak was perfectly cooked and tender, The country sausage was top quality, the gravy was perfect… oh and the big fluffy biscuit was phenomenal!!! The staff is very friendly and prompt to take your order. You can see they genuinely care for thier patrons. We will definitely eat here again next time we are in town.
