Great shabu experience, everyone gets an small individual pot. You order your meats and drinks on a tablet. A robot brings you the items that you ordered to your table. You can order as much or little as you want. Sushi option are limited and nothing special, just ok. Seating is best for 2 to 4 persons, anymore you will have to sit at separate tables.

Recommend getting the all-you-can-eat snow snow crab option. The snow crab legs were sweet, full of flavor, and tasted fresh. They all arrived steaming hot, delivered by runner robots. The only thing missing was disposable dining gloves.

I had an incredible dining experience at Shabu You! The quality of the ingredients was top-notch, and the interactive shabu-shabu cooking style made the meal so much fun. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, helping us navigate the menu with their recommendations. The variety of options for both the broth and the protein ensured there was something for everyone. I left feeling satisfied and impressed with the overall atmosphere and service. Shabu You is definitely a place I’ll be returning to for more delicious meals!

Carter provided excellent service! He was on top of it an explained everything to us patiently. There is a choice of broth (chicken was my favorite) lots of vegetables for the broth, noodles, desert (the chocolate pastry was straight up the best I’ve ever had, it was FRESH). There are 4 different choices when it comes to meat selections, we chose option C: wagyu chuck roll, wagyu brisket, pork belly, shrimp, shoulder… BTW, sushi was super fresh and yummy too. The sauces – amazing! Creamy garlic was awesome and same with the spicy green pepper one. Very clean space, courteous staff, quick service. Nothing bad to mention! Pricey… obv, but to be expected for this place.

Fun dining experience. Japanese shabu buffet. Each table has a personal hot pot for each diner. Pick your buffet package and broth. Order your meats via a tablet at the table. Wagyu meats available. Your meats come to your table via a cute robot. There’s a self serve buffet for dipping sauces, veggies, side dishes and desserts. Birthday celebration option available. The entire family enjoyed it.

Very tasty food in a very modern, futuristic Japenese setting. Upon checking in at the front desk a robot will guide you to your table. A waiter will explain everything to you (like soup options etc). Once you pick your package you use the tablet on the table to order your meat, which is delivered by a robot. To order more simply request it from the tablet. The buffet has sides, dessert, sauces and more. All very tasty and you’ll definitely not go home hungry. Recommend this place for a great Japanese take on Chinese hot pot.

Shabu-You is a Japanese chain restaurant that are really common in East-Asian countries. They always live up a certain quality, it s not a premium quality restaurant but it definitely serve a certain level of service and quality of food. This branch, however, did not live up their reputation. The quality of sushi was the poorest one you can ever have. The the density of the rice was not right, the cut of the fish was rough. The choice of veggie bar for hot bot was only few. There was still some good thing to share. The curry was fantastic, the service was great. However, unless you live around this area, you got a lot more better and cheaper options to choose in China Town

I selected the tonkatsu broth to simmer the different cuts of meat served to us by a robot server. We chose the B menu with 3 cuts of meat, shrimp and sushi. Also included was a salad bar and dessert bar.
