Sfoglina (sfoal-yee-nah) is Fabio Trabocchi’s ode to the Italian Dolce Vita and the craft of handmade pasta. It is inspired by the female masters of Italy, that are today cultural icons, who carried on the tradition and the art of making pasta by hand. The craft is showcased daily in our pasta rooms. Sfoglina serves light and seasonal salads, appetizers, meat and seafood entrees that can be shared, and authentic, family-favorite Italian desserts. Our charming venues feature a whimsical design and timeless Italian cocktails, approachable Italian wines, and comfy patios for al fresco dining.

Great food, service and atmosphere. We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the bartenders prepping drinks. Great cocktails and I had the spicy tagitelle(yum!). Apps of meatballs and grilled calamari were both delicious. A bit pricey, so bring your big boy credit card with you.

What a wonderful experience at this restaurant. We came after to lunch rush of the office tower above and it was nice and quiet. Right around 1:30-2pm was a fantastic time to be here. Service was quick and there were a few other parties enjoying this eclectic and dazzling space. Very cute and decorated quite well. The vibe was great.

My first experience at Sfoglina Rosslyn was simply amazing! I met my friend for dinner. we loved this place from beginning to end. The drinks were very good crafted. The food was delicious. We order the mozzarella bar, tuscan tomato soup, and the 8oz top sirlion, among other things. The atmosphere is just perfect. Maddie, our waitress was nice. I can’t wait to come back! I strongly recommend this place.

I wish I could give 5 full stars, but minus one star because of: Parking. I initially was looking for street parking, but a sign that said ‘Sfoglina Customers Parking’ caught my eye. I headed into the garage that had this sign and got seated at the restaurant almost immediately as it was before crowding hours. Pasta was delicious, drinks were delicious, waiter was super attentive, service was fast and efficient. I got my parking ticket ‘validated’ and went back to the parking garage, only to find out that your parking will not be validated if you come into the parking garage and park BEFORE 5. The attendant said I needed to pay 16 dollars to leave. I checked my ticket time and it said I came in the garage 4:48. 12 minutes before 5!!! The attendant was, however, apologetic and said there was nothing he could do and that there was once a customer who came in at 4:59 and still had to pay 16 dollars. No absolute way was I going to pay that. I went back inside the restaurant and informed the manager about this, and after confirming my dine-in at the restaurant, she paid me back in cash the 16 dollars. I appreciated that very much. She also did mention that the 5pm rule ridiculousness is mentioned on the website; however, I do not think that is fair as it basically is fine print on the website. I wish they would at least mention simply ‘only after five’ on the sign in front of the parking garage so that at least I know what I am signing up for. I almost forgot how delicious the pasta was because of the parking fiasco I almost went through after a nice and great meal with my family. Fortunately, it was figured out and I still have good memories with this restaurant. But please make sure you are not going into that garage before 5 because they will not in any circumstances make any exceptions, even if your ticket says you went in at 4:59:59.

This place is wonderful. It has a great ambiance and the staff is amazing and of course the food was phenomenal. We came here for our anniversary and they provided us with complimentary champagne and at the end we had a surprise dessert with a sweet card. This special attention to detail makes this restaurant stand out above the rest. Highly recommend.

Was recommended the Braised Beef Agnolotti del Pli by the bartender and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! It was packed full of flavor topped with a rich truffle pesto that didn’t overpower the dish at all. Every bite truely sent me to heaven… I highly recommend this simple rustic italian dish which lives up to it’s hall of fame title. Also had a chance to try their cappucino which was pretty good as well. All in all, worth a visit for authentic italian cuisine and quality handmade pasta. Shoutouts to the bartender in particular for his amazing service.

Sfoglina was a lovely surprise after a long day of travel. It was super close to our hotel and we were able to immediately be seated despite how busy it was. We got a space at the bar which was great for just the two of us.
