I liked the people and place however my kid who will eat anything felt sick almost immediately. Bread they gave first was rock solid. All food was very under par I felt bad but had to spit out the chicken parmigiana. Sadly won’t return. Soup and salad was the best.

Came here a few nights ago and had a great time. The new location looks awesome! Our server was very sweet and attentive through our entire stay. Penne Mediterranean and veal cutlet were delicious. Highly recommend checking out the new spot!

I visited this restaurant often in the old location across the street decades ago, so there’s a nostalgia to Serritella’s. The location used to be a cheesy, quaint building and there was a magic to the food – it seemed hand made and a taste I couldn’t get anywhere else. The hot breadsticks straight from the oven would cut through any of the 3 bowls of butter, garlic butter or peanut butter.

Food was amazing and the service we recieved from our waitress was phenomenal. Im giving 4 stars due to the staff in front. As we walked in 4 staff members in the front took a few mins to acknowledge us because they were talking to one another, personal conversations. It took our”soon to be” waitress to turn one of the staff members around for them to accommodate us.

I’m not certain, but the layout kind of looks like a food court. My cousin referred me to this place and smelt amazing just walking in the doors. Not too crazy, but a little on the pricy side. But, the food was good! There is both inside & outside dining. Nice Italian restaurant in Carmichael they aslo had a sushi joint right next to it. Just like a food court. This place was busy, but the waitress tended to us with no problem.

Food was extremely bland. Minestrone soup had no flavor and bland. Veal picatta had no flavor and the bed of pasta was even worse. The two SMALL pieces of veal were flavorless and had a chunk of fat in one of the four bite piece.
