Banana leaf tamales are very hard to find and I usually travel to Dallas, Texas to get them. I was very excited to see banana leaf tamales on Sergio’s food truck menu and decide to order. I ordered banana leaf tamales, which they did not have. I accepted the corn husk tamales and they were frozen. The tamales had little chicken meat and potatoes as the filling. These tamales were very unacceptable for $24 for a dozen. This order was a DoorDash order.

You can definitely taste the freshness and handmade aspect of the food that Sergio cooks! It’s definitely top tier as far as food truck style food is concerned, in my opinion. Service is always quick and friendly. Definitely recommend you give his burritos a try!
