I was so happy to be invited to this restaurant. I took the drive down and found parking in the Ocean’s resort parking lot. I took the elevator to the floor where the restaurant was and found the restaurant as I walked in. I was greeted and sat with my friend. Jenn was our server, and she was great! The restaurant was so cutely decorated!

great service and environment. food was great and satisfying. it came very quickly as well. our waiter was friendly, and i love the environment of the restaurant. they played the best music reminding me of past summers. also love the decor and how the restaurant was set up. overall would recommend to families!

The decor is beautiful at this location. I didn’t like the fact that everything I tried to order was not available. No waffles- no champagne for the mimosas – everything was limited. I am giving 3 starts because of the decor and the service was good from my waitress.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff was polite and the food was nothing short of DELICIOUS! Very clean and very organized. The place can get pretty busy so do make reservations! Pricing is fair. The decor is amazing as well. The giraffes holding the chandelier was cool too. While we were there they had some good music bumping! Definitely coming back! Guys keep up the great work!

This place was sooo cool . We made it in time for the dinner menu I guess . I wish we could’ve tried their brunch options though. I got the shrimp , cornbread , fried pickles , fries ,and catfish platter . It was soooo good and fulfilling. However it wasn’t offered on the regular menu but on a little paper separate from the menu . Not sure if it’s a seasonal food option . Would definitely come back next time and the vibes were great . Though service is slow like the other reviews suggest, it’s worth it .

Serendipity was underwhelming. Service was slow even though they weren’t too busy when we were seated. Our meals were fine but not spectacular. I had the Monet salad with grilled chicken. Greens were fresh as were the strawberries. They definitely skimp on the dressing. I had to ask for more and unfortunately waited quite a while to get it. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger. Not spectacular, but decent. Our sundaes were delicious but very expensive and unfortunately practicality melted and soupy because all desserts sit at the counter forever waiting for the servers to deliver them. The decor is interesting and the ambiance very loud and lively. Sadly, it’s s a one and done for us primarily because of the service. We prefer the original NYC location.

Bar service was excellent and drinks tasted fantastic! Delicious combinations made perfectly by our Bartender. Ask for Mona if you sit at the bar and get one of the amazing martinis with toasted marshmallow or coconut .

I wish I could give this serendipity location a Zero star for their services. I went with my boys Sunday night and it was horrible. The restaurant was empty. The waitresses & waiters were nowhere to be found. We got seated the waitress asked if we wanted something to drink before our food. We told her water for myself & 2 boys. The water never came after a long wait our waitress came to ask us what we wanted to order. We placed our order for food & drinks still no water. I asked again for water while we waited for our food. The waitress disappeared again. I asked another waitress she said sure i’ll bring you guys water never came back to us. Finally our food & drinks came our waitress didn’t give us no utensils or napkins. She left again and we was waiting how are we supposed to eat. I asked another waiter for forks & knives he said sure no problem. They didn’t bring the utensils horrible. I had to get up to go get napkins at the bar and tell them bartender to have someone bring me utensils immediately. How does your waitress forgets to give you utensils & napkins then disappears. This is the worst customer service ever. I’ve never seen anything like this restaurant sure not like the one in NYC.

The spot is super cute, loved the music, and food was great. I had the steak & eggs, seasoned perfectly. My group loved their food as well. The wait to be waited on was long, I believe they were short staffed.

Visited here for dinner. The restaurant is very cute and there were a lot of birthday celebrations. Not sure if they were short staffed or not, but the service was severely lacking. The food that we got was good. They were out of pasta and they were out of coke. Our server never came to tell us that they didn’t have pasta for the entree that my son ordered, someone from the kitchen noticed the ticket and came to give us a heads up (keep in mind we received the other entree a good while before he came).The star given is solely from him. Despite not being our server he was so kind and made a new entree for my son. The waitress never even noticed and then gave us a bill which included the items we never received. After letting her know they did comp my son’s entree, but we we’re just disappointed at that point. I don’t think I will visit this location again. There are too many other options to choose from with way better service.
